Encyro Reviews & Product Details

I like how quickly accessible the documents are Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The upload layout feels scrambled and disorganized Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The two things I like best is the easy upload for clients. Also e-signature is free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No client sign in but not necessarily a bad thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I came to Encyro after having difficulty with a much larger company and service. I had clients were upset that they sent me things and I would receive them and the firms response was delayed. It was not a good look for the firm and clients left, which angered me with the company that I was using. Once I found out from a friend about Encryo, I did the trial and was hooked! My clients absolutely love the portal feature and I have not missed any notification from them. I love the flow of the communication in the folders. I do not have to search for what the client said last and where documents are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have any things about Encyro that I dislike at this time. I have been pleased. The one thing that I was looking for when I first started using Encryo was the ability to download all documents at once and within time that was implemented! Thanks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Encyro makes it easy for clients to upload sensitive documents through my upload page and how they don't even have to create and remember their password (unless they want to). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really that I dislike. Encyro is simple, and does what I need it to do. An integration with Gmail/Google Drive and other features might be nice, but I think Encyro's biggest strength is its simplicity, and too many new features could take away from that. I like that I don't need to create customer accounts and it provides a quick way for people to send me files securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main screen has a tile view, I dont know if there is possibly a list view but that would be better in a lot of instances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Encryo is very easy to use, simple design and not complicated at all. I like that I can customize my page with my company name and logo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Others don’t use it. It would be great if everyone used it. It would also be great if I could create a password for my clients instead of them being able to make their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Encyro is so user friendly, we get all of our customers set up with it and have never had a problem with them figuring it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I don’t really have anything negative to say - if I had to offer any feedback I would say that when I’m accessing a message from my mobile and have entered My Encyro login, then when I move to the next message I have to enter my login again which is a bit redundant. I like the ease of use of Encyro! It makes sending and receiving secure documents painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I didn't like that I couldn't tell when a client picked up a document, but that flaw has been corrected!! So there is nothing that I dislike at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I no longer need to put a password on any document containing sensitive information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The link expires for the recipient but this is also a good thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Encyro is incredibly easy to use and set up. It is well-worth the cost, particularly compared to its competitors. It is far and away the best choice for sending secure emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't had any significant issues with Encyro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
