**What do you like best about Encompass Production Cloud?**

One stop shop for every department in the brewery. I love the that everyone has viability to what is going in sales and I have access to what I need to see on the production side of our business

**What do you dislike about Encompass Production Cloud?**

Lots of errors and feels a bit clunky. Lots of ways to get the same information. Sometimes it will take a couple times of clicking on functions for the right window to pop up or information to process if I make changes to a sales order. I also wish i could export sales orders easier and there was a direct button when an order is open to do so

**Recommendations to others considering Encompass Production Cloud:**

There will be a slight learning curve for anyone new to the software. It won't be as smooth as other newer software.

**What problems is Encompass Production Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the available to promise function to manage inventory and I use the sales orders function to input customer orders and track POs.

**What do you like best about Encompass Production Cloud?**

The easy of use of the application, this app requires so little training that it makes it possible for anyone to step in and start using it. Even with limited training I am able to get into each module and easily figure out what needs to be done next.

**What do you dislike about Encompass Production Cloud?**

There really isn't much to not like about encompass, they really do go out of their way to make the product as simple as can be and efficient as possible as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Encompass Production Cloud:**

Highly recommend this software to beverage distribution centers, this has made my job a lot easier.

**What problems is Encompass Production Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ERP, WMS, ROUTING, Delivery App, Selling App, Financial package. It is the whole suite that makes this product work. Less money spent troubleshooting issues, more productivity and significant data integrity.

As compared to other products in the market, this one turned out to be the best. It's not just user friendly and adequate but unbelievably at par when it comes to user experience. Much gratitude 😊

There is nothing one would dislike about it.

I work in claims profile and Encompasses has played a vital role in my daily activities to be able to get more support than expected.

Its nice that multiple people can work in each file! While they lock for editing, it is nice that i can still go collect info.

Kind of laggy, and sometimes doesnt save the first time

Poke around in it! The pipeline is so helpful and has a lot of features. We like the connectedness of the files.

Individual files are easy to navigate and easy to sort

Has all the tools and information you could ever need or want. Great visibility into all aspects of what is going on in the company

**What do you dislike about Encompass Production Cloud?**

Feels a bit clunky and outdated. It has a ton of sub menus that all get will you roughly the same info

**Recommendations to others considering Encompass Production Cloud:**

It has a “dos” feel but once you get over the endless amount of info and ways to get to what you are needing, it’s a very detailed tool for business

**What problems is Encompass Production Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for entering sales orders, available inventory and keeping up with what is going on in production

Helps audit movement of each transaction from invoices to receipts and tracks who changed the document last
