**What do you like best about Enablix?**

I use Enablix as a central repository to streamline and manage proposals and bid responses. It's been extremely helpful so far. I love the fast and accurate content discovery ability, which quickly surfaces highly relevant content and allows me to find contextually relevant and previously approved responses from past proposals without having to remember exact keywords. This effectively reduces dependency on individuals and improves content reuse, consistency and quality, and faster turnaround. The better collaboration and governance features are also very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Enablix?**

The process of tagging keywords is time-consuming and confusing. The tag window appears on the bottom left and becomes invisible as the number of tags increases. Tag window needs to be big. Also, adding new keywords should happen on the fly in the same window. It took some time to get acquainted with the functionalities.

**What problems is Enablix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Enablix to streamline and manage proposal responses, quickly discover content, ensure consistency, improve collaboration, and reduce dependency on individuals by storing past approved content.

**What do you like best about Enablix?**

The platform offers SSO integration, ensuring that only authenticated and authorised users can access the system, which significantly improves security and ease of access.
One of the most valuable features is keyword tagging and metadata management. Each piece of content can be tagged with unique keywords, making assets highly searchable and easy to retrieve. This has reduced the time spent looking for content, especially when dealing with large volumes of assets.
The on‑the‑fly editing capability is another major advantage. It allows content to be edited even after it has been uploaded, eliminating the need for re‑uploads and version duplication, which saves considerable time during updates.
The platform also provides a single‑slide download option, enabling users to download an individual editable slide and reuse it across different decks or documents. This flexibility makes content reuse far more efficient and avoids unnecessary duplication of work.
Additionally, the content kit management feature adds strong organisational value. Grouping related assets into a single content kit makes it much easier to manage, discover, and reuse assets, ensuring everything related to a topic is available in one place.
Overall, these features have significantly improved content accessibility, reuse, and update efficiency, resulting in a more streamlined and productive workflow.

**What do you dislike about Enablix?**

At the moment, there are no major dislikes with Enablix. The platform is stable and delivers well on its core capabilities.
One area where it could be further enhanced is the single‑slide download feature. While this functionality works well for editable slide formats, extending the same capability to PDF files would add significant value. The ability to download a single PDF page would improve flexibility, content reuse, and efficiency—especially when only a specific slide or page is needed rather than the entire document.
Enhancing this feature would further strengthen the overall user experience and make content handling even more seamless, particularly for large presentation or document repositories.

**What problems is Enablix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Enablix, we struggled with content sprawl and knowledge fragmentation. Our organisation produces 100–200+ pieces of content every month, and managing, finding, and reusing the right collateral was time‑consuming and inefficient. Content was often duplicated or lost across multiple locations, and finding the right asset quickly was a challenge.
Enablix solves this problem by acting as a centralised content repository and knowledge management platform. Features such as keyword tagging, content types, and content kits make every asset uniquely identifiable and easy to organise. By tagging content with relevant keywords and grouping related assets into content kits, searching and retrieving content has become fast and intuitive.
As a result, discoverability has improved significantly—we can now locate the right content within seconds instead of minutes. This has reduced duplication, improved reuse of existing assets, and streamlined collaboration across teams. Overall, Enablix has brought structure, consistency, and efficiency to our content curation and knowledge management process, directly improving day‑to‑day productivity.

**What do you like best about Enablix?**

I find Enablix to be a very helpful resource for having everything in the same place, and it helps our organization keep track of case studies, project details, etc. I really like that it's easy to navigate and pretty easy to search. I also appreciate the ability to track who opens what with the correct settings and permissions. Additionally, I like the ability to make microsites; these are great because they are visually pleasing and easy to navigate. It's also nice to be able to get notified about who opens your documents and when, including which organization they come from.

**What do you dislike about Enablix?**

It is sometimes difficult to access links, especially internally. It is a bit confusing to have separate internal and external links. Sometimes I will share internal links with people from my org and they can't access the links, unclear why.

**What problems is Enablix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Enablix incredibly helpful for centralizing resources, making it easy to track case studies and project details. It lets me monitor who opens my documents with correct settings and create visually pleasing microsites effortlessly.

The search feature takes my queries and generally delivers the exact content I'm looking for on the first try, without needing several iterations of refinement like other search experiences. **What do you like best about Enablix?**

I use Enablix to access all my sales collaterals, and I love how the content is very structured, making it easy to find relevant material. Its AI search feature is very efficient and fast, which helps me during proposals and RFPs. The search functionality has filters for Market research, account plan, and reports, making it very fast and focused. Also, setting up Enablix was very easy since the login is through Azure AD, and content uploading and access are seamless.

**What do you dislike about Enablix?**

At the organization level, if there is direct integration with CRM, iCertis and MS Teams channels, it would greatly enhance the navigation and reduce time taken to navigate multiple systems.

**What problems is Enablix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Enablix to access sales collaterals and start conversations with prospects. Its powerful and fast AI search helps during proposals, and the structured content makes it easy to find relevant materials. It keeps all my collaterals organized by business lines and sub-verticals.

**What do you like best about Enablix?**

I like using Enablix to send my prospects more information about our company and to measure their interest. I appreciate the 'multi send' feature because it allows me to send one email to several email addresses efficiently. The integration with my Microsoft Outlook is another aspect that I find valuable, and the initial setup wasn't difficult at all.

**What do you dislike about Enablix?**

I find the mobile version a bit complicated and not very mobile-friendly. It just seems like it's not optimized for mobile.

The sales team is able to find any type of existing marketing content, and then share that content with prospects or customers, all from a single platform. No more sifting through various network folders to find outdated content that's off-brand!

This is an online, content-enablement platform that puts the right items at your fingertips in real time. It makes content easy to find across all types of materials—both physical and digital—such as flyers, PPT deck, blogs, case studies, and more. It also eliminates the need to sift through various network folders or shared drives. I have confidence that what I’m sharing is always the latest version (no version-control issues), and that it’s on-brand because it’s approved by Marketing, which helps maintain accuracy and consistency of branded items in-market.

The last two companies I worked for both included Enablix in their tech stack. In my experience, it's exceptional at keeping all our different types of content organized and easy to access. The Enablix team stands out - they clearly care about helping your company succeed with the product. Several of our team members use Enablix every day. For any marketing and sales team aiming for success, it's truly an essential tool.

Honestly, I haven't found anything to dislike about Enablix. As a marketing manager, it fits my needs perfectly.

Organizing and making content easily accessible for sales enablement has always been a challenge, as I believe it is for many companies. Enablix has addressed this issue effectively. In addition to sales enablement, we rely on it for new client onboarding and client portals, which helps us keep our assets centralized and readily available for our customers.

**What do you like best about Enablix?**

Enablix is helpful in combining all of our companies contect kits and information in one spot. It is easy to navigate and search for what your are looking for. I use it often to send to potential clients. The integration with SalesForce make it easy to manage with leads in salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Enablix?**

If I was to state a bad, I would say sometimes the email formatting can be a little off. Especially when entering to a new line or setting up bullet points. Its hard to send emails when they don't look as pretty.

**What problems is Enablix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of times when sending information to potential clients it get repetivie having to obtaint he same files from the computer. With enablix have the oppurtunity to create content kits that are easliy accesbile to send to clients right when its requestsed. I called it the knowledge library, because for my company, Acima, everything we need for ourselved and customers can be found in one spot, and that Enablix.

I appreciate the intuitive user interface. I also value the analytics and notifications that let me know when customers view my microsites.

**What do you dislike about Enablix?**

One area where I would like to see improvements is in the ability to create proposals directly within the platform. Ideally, I would be able to access a library of our product catalog numbers, select the relevant items, and adjust their pricing as needed. Within the itemized pricing, it would be helpful if potential customers could click on a product to view an information sheet or video that explains the product we are proposing. This feature would serve as a useful reminder of what was discussed during our sales meetings and demonstrations.

Enablix offers me a platform to quickly share sales and marketing collateral about the products we offer with potential clients. It also gives me useful insights into how prospective clients are engaging with that content. I no longer need to store or organize the sales collateral on my personal computer.

Enablix has been really helpful for me. I use it to share information with both customers and prospects, and it keeps everything organized in one place. It also makes it easy to send emails and see how people are engaging with them through the analytics. Having that visibility helps me know what’s working and when to follow up. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a simple way to share content and stay connected.

The only drawback I’ve noticed is that it can take a little time to get used to the layout, especially when you’re first learning your way around. Once you get comfortable, though, it’s smooth sailing.

Enablix is solving the problem of scattered information. Before, I had sales and customer resources living in different places, which made it hard to find and share quickly. Now everything is in one spot, so I can grab what I need in seconds and send it off without digging around.

It’s also helping me see how customers and prospects are engaging with what I send. The analytics show me who opened, clicked, or viewed the content, which gives me a better sense of what they care about. That helps me follow up in a more meaningful way and saves time guessing what’s landing.

**What do you like best about Enablix?**

Enablix has been a fantastic tool for me since I started. It was incredibly helpful during my onboarding, as all the training and educational material was centralized in one place. I could easily follow the lessons and get up to speed quickly, which made the process much smoother and more efficient.

Now that I'm a full-time CSM, I find it to be an invaluable resource. The way the content is organized allows me to easily go back and reference specific topic areas whenever I need a refresher or want to share information with a customer. **What do you like best about Enablix?**

The search functionality in Enablix is pretty robust–enter a search term and the most applicable results appear. I find that search functionality is pretty poor on most platforms, but not so with Enablix. I also like the feature that connects your work email with the platform so you can send externally shareable content directly to customers.

**What do you dislike about Enablix?**

The file and folder structure is a bit odd. I wish the experience was more like Sharepoint documents for easier browsing. Or better yet, Enablix could be integrated with Sharepoint (or vice versa) and documents could be shared by/through both platforms.

**What problems is Enablix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enablix allows our marketing teams to share new product information and updates both internally and externally. We can easily share content with customers directly from the platform, and share internal and confidential information in our organization.

It is very clearly defined on where and how to gain access to our content. Ease of use, the number of features, and the ability to integrate the tools allows this to be a cornerstone of my day to day. Finding relevant topics is easy through the search feature as well.

**What do you dislike about Enablix?**

The only area of opportunity that I can find at the moment is some of the dashboards require additional access to a user.

Enablix allows a single portal to leverage for internal resources. This is a one stop shop for everything that we could use.

**What do you like best about Enablix?**

Enablix has been great for packaging and sharing my product demo videos. I still record elsewhere then I drop the video, slides, and FAQs into an Enablix room and share one branded link. The best part is the analytics, I can see which accounts watched, how long they stayed, and what they clicked, then push that into our CRM for timely follow up. It cuts link sprawl and keeps sales and dealers in one clean place. It is not a video editor, and pricing is custom, so confirm seats and dashboards up front. Overall, it gives me polished delivery with engagement signals I can act on, which is exactly what I needed.

**What do you dislike about Enablix?**

Just intuitively it feels like the "Create Asset" screen could be better. It's though to pinpoint a specific setting/area to focus on, but there are times where I have to briefly look through all the different options to make the selection I'm needing. So far, there's nothing I dislike about Enablix. The platform has been great and is working exactly as expected. 
If I had to pick one thing, it's less about Enablix and more about human nature: if they could invent a feature that physically makes people read every single piece of documentation we put in there, that would be the ultimate game-changer! Something like a mandatory pop quiz or so!

I really like the ease of use in the interface, and how easy it is to send out content. Also being able to view who has seen your content, and page they found more interesting and spent most times helps in talking points when calling. The app is also super easy to use, and the chrome extension in adding content to emails.

What I don't like is that I cannot use my pre-made google email templates. I think if you were able to save templates through enablix that would be super helpful. Also whenever I copy and past my templates onto enablix to send it doesn't save the format, if there was a way to do that would be cool too.

We’ve been using Enablix for almost two years now, and it’s become an essential part of our sales enablement process. Having one central place for all our sales materials makes it so much easier for our teams to find, share, and use content effectively.

One of the biggest advantages for us has been how our sales reps use Enablix to create personalized microsites for customers. The visibility into who viewed the content, what they engaged with, and how much time they spent on each asset has completely changed how we follow up with prospects.

We also love the learning tools. Being able to build structured learning paths and quizzes has made onboarding and ongoing training so much more engaging.

And their customer support has been excellent — responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

I wish there were options to format text, use bullet points, and adjust the size of content while creating emails. Currently, I write my emails in a Word document and then copy/paste them. Additionally, a great feature would be the ability to personalize greetings in mass emails—such as "Dear [NAME]"—with a dedicated section to add up to 50 names, ensuring each email includes the recipient’s personal name at the beginning. Small personal enhancements like these would add even more value. - Finally, would be great to add video and badges on LinkedIn to help promote the Enablix experience.

Enablix has given our company a central location for all of our assets. It's like a Google Drive on steroids. Not only can we house all of our content in one place, Enablix allows us to determine which assets are customer facing and which are internal. For external facing content, we can create Microsites that are a perfect follow up for our sales team after a demo. Enablix empowers our marketing team to empower our sales team with the content they need to succeed. 

Best of all, the team at Enablix is super hands on. Constantly checking in, making sure we're getting the most out of new features, and implementing feedback we have to create a truly custom dashboard for our workflow.

Sometimes Vimeo links don't fully populate the asset properly during the upload, however this usually resolves itself within 24 hours.

They give the marketing team a one-stop solution for content.
