What do you like best about Enablix?

I like its simplicity and ease of use, especially the user interface and the search functionality. The search feature takes my queries and generally delivers the exact content I'm looking for on the first try, without needing several iterations of refinement like other search experiences. It simplifies the process by removing the burden of remembering where files are stored or sharing that information with others. I also appreciate the ability to control access, whether it's internal or external, which is another great attribute of Enablix. Overall, it makes file management for all different types of files very robust, easy to share, use, disseminate, and refer to along the way. The initial setup was flawless, which is great. What do you like best about Enablix?

I use Enablix to access all my sales collaterals, and I love how the content is very structured, making it easy to find relevant material. Its AI search feature is very efficient and fast, which helps me during proposals and RFPs. The search functionality has filters for Market research, account plan, and reports, making it very fast and focused. What do you dislike about Enablix?

What do you like best about Enablix?

It does SSO Integration, so that only authentic users can use it. It includes the keywords adding and tagging features each content can be unique in its own way we can tag that keywords so that the content is easily searchable with that unique keyword. it includes on the fly edit option which help me edit content which is uploaded already, it also provides single slide download option which gives an access to single editable slide which can be easily copied to any other content, it also provides the content kit management feature, we can add group of content under one content kit which helps in easy finding of any assets under one roof of content kit. What do you dislike about Enablix?

What do you like best about Enablix?

I like using Enablix to send my prospects more information about our company and to measure their interest. I appreciate the 'multi send' feature because it allows me to send one email to several email addresses efficiently. Enablix is helpful in combining all of our companies contect kits and information in one spot. It is easy to navigate and search for what your are looking for. One area where I would like to see improvements is in the ability to create proposals directly within the platform. Ideally, I would be able to access a library of our product catalog numbers, select the relevant items, and adjust their pricing as needed. Within the itemized pricing, it would be helpful if potential customers could click on a product to view an information sheet or video that explains the product we are proposing. What do you like best about Enablix?

Enablix has been a fantastic tool for me since I started. It was incredibly helpful during my onboarding, as all the training and educational material was centralized in one place.
