**What do you like best about Employee Volunteering?**

Catchafire is a great platform that aligns with my interests in social causes and offers a experience that supports my career and personal growth. This has helped me build relevant skills and engage in meaningful leadership roles, contributing to my professional portfolio.

**What do you dislike about Employee Volunteering?**

At this point I've completed several projects for a wide range of non-profit organizations. Honestly, I haven't found anything that I disklike about volunteering. Everyone has been beyond appreciative and respectful . . . that's not always the case with paid positions.

Filling the gaps for non-profit organizations with small teams and no time or budget to pay for graphic design. Working in a design platform that suites needs of the organization has challenged me to step outside of the Adobe Suite.
