Emotional Pulse Reviews & Product Details

Emotional Pulse helps organisations detect and manage psychosocial risk early before it becomes a claim, incident, or resignation. Instead of relying on lagging indicators like surveys or EAP usage, Emotional Pulse introduces a simple daily check-in that surfaces real-time emotional signals across teams. This gives leaders visibility into emerging risk, not just reported problems. Employees build trusted peer connections through structured “Trusted Pairs,” creating safe, everyday support before issues escalate. When needed, trained Mental Health First Responders provide a clear, non-clinical pathway for early intervention and escalation. For organisations, Emotional Pulse delivers anonymised insights and reporting aligned with WHS obligations and ISO 45003, helping leaders identify, assess, and monitor psychosocial hazards continuously, not reactively. The result is faster support, stronger psychological safety, and reduced severity and cost of mental health-related claims.
