What do you like best about emnify?

"A perfect coverage solution in Spain"

What do you like best about emnify?

Easy to set up, it practically needs nothing. It covers the entire national geography by taking advantage of the coverage of all operators. The management application is intuitive and provides a lot of information. Additionally, the technical support is very good and fast, even though they are not in Spain. 100% Recommended as a Universal communication solution, without dependence on a specific operator. What do you like best about emnify?

The whole company has been very supportive from day one when working with us at Technische Universität Dresden — starting from the first conversations about how we can come together up to the final solution. The web interface is excellent. Everything is structured in a transparent manner (also easy to use). The best part for us is the very proactive, smart and fast support. They are always there, easy to get on the phone (or web conferences). What do you like best about emnify?

Sim's management portal is not only excellent and easy to use, but it also provides a great diagnosing tool to check connectivity issues. Multi-IMSI is also a great feature to have that allows to improve our service availability and reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is emnify solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the GPS tracking business, is pretty usual network connectivity issues caused by different carriers or excess data consumption. There are situations where you might have no control at all and depend on unreliable and slow carrier customer service. Emnify allowed me to diagnose and fix it fast and reliably by myself, even forcing the connection of CPE's to a different carrier if needed. Combined with the proper tracker device, I really and noticeably improved per-device uptime. It also allowed avoiding almost all technical in-situ inspections of GPS tracker installations and wiring, which are expensive and time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
