It's a robust database with a user-friendly data entry platform. It's the heart of our organization, keeping member information safe and giving us an excellent reporting tool. For dues and membership reporting, it's the main tool I rely on to do my job accurately and efficiently. The team is highly responsive and makes us feel like we're their only client. Ease of use is one of the biggest strengths of eMembership. The system is easy to navigate, making it simple to train new employees and get them up to speed quickly. Reports are easy to run, and the software is user-friendly, which has been a major advantage for our organization.
The IT and support team is phenomenal. Whenever an issue arises, it is handled promptly and efficiently. From the initial sales process and implementation to ongoing updates and support, the entire team has been responsive and committed to our success.

The discovery and development process was excellent. The Winmill team really got in tune with our needs, adjusting the software in preview sites before going live, which was incredibly helpful. In 2017, we were able to request and receive fields such as AKA and Member Business Name, which we found very helpful for our organization when it came to identifying and locating our members accurately.
