The company provides no direct support and constantly directs you to the FAQs and knowledge base. Working with Tallie is something I dread on a monthly basis. Tallis is suppose to streamline expense reporting but I find it to be a time killer every month. With Tallie, I can connect credit cards, so each cardholder's expenses flow into the system ready to code. As an administrator, if a user duplicates a transaction or codes incorrectly, I can make the necessary corrections before the transaction syncs into our accounting system. The phone app and web version doesn't always sync up like they should and when entering a new expense. Allows for better monthly reporting and budget management.
