Easy to use, can reach all types of customers, promotes our sales target, can get reviews from customers and is able to resolve the issues of customers in this platform itself.

**What do you dislike about EMARKETER?**

Sometimes issues on this network; otherwise, all are good. It suits all business needs. It can still be simplified to be used by small scale business people.

I'll recommend it 100% to others.

It helps us in promoting our products and services. We can give full details of our products with eye-catching images and pop-up images which promotes our sales.

As it is opt in, it qualifies the experts and the audience. The content is in-depth and always tackles the key topics relevant to our industry.

Sometimes it can take a while to get the right content, and at times there can be information overload.

**Recommendations to others considering EMARKETER:**

Be open to going down a rabbit hole! Whilst you might be going in to look for specific insights, there may well be valuable things which you hadn't realised.

emarketer provides a really valuable source of industry knowledge put together by industry experts, so it feels a little more trustworthy and honest vs one journelist.

The graphs they have, and the sheer amount. I can get reports on anything I want

**What do you dislike about EMARKETER?**

Sometimes information can be hard to find. Also if my agency wasn't paying for a subscription I don't think I would be able to use it, which would be a downside

Showing industry trends, and getting them from a reputable source

**What do you like best about EMARKETER?**

One of the biggest benefits eMarketer provides is its coverage of a wide variety of research topics.  Because of that, the use of eMarketer is applicable to numerous types of work - whether it's building recommendations or educating yourself on marketplace trends.

**What do you dislike about EMARKETER?**

On only a few occasions, I have not been able to find research/insights I was looking for.  I would love it if they included a survey that allowed users to suggest topics for them to cover.

eMarketer is a must-have for any media agency.

**What problems is EMARKETER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eMarketer helps my team identify audience insights that impact our planning approach.  eMarketer, being a 3P and reputable research company, helps allow us to provide non-bias research in our recommendations.

**Describe the project or task EMARKETER helped with:**

We tend to use eMarketer for a new business pitch, or when pitching a new strategy to a client. For example, if we are suggesting the use of a new social platform to add to their advertising strategy, eMarketer can provide stats on the platform's use demographic, how it stacks up against other platforms, and projected platform growth. The data provided in eMarketer is pretty irrefutible because of it's quality and impartial data sources. You can easily pull graphs from the site to put within your own presentation materials.

**What do you like best about EMARKETER?**

I like how reliable the data is. If you put an eMarketer graph or data call-out in your presentation, and reference that it's from eMarketer, very few clients would question the information. They have a reputation in the industry for having reliable and unbiased data. They are also on top of creating new material and new research. I signed up for email alerts on some of my most relevant topics, so I see all the new articles and graphs they publish for my selected topic.

**What do you dislike about EMARKETER?**

It would be nice if the color scheme of the graphs were customizable. The black and red color scheme can be a little abrasive when mixed with our company's branded deck.

**Recommendations to others considering EMARKETER:**

Ask if you can do a trial subscription to see if it's really worth it for your company. I tend to use eMarketer in bursts. I will go months without digging deep into the platform, and then I'll spend days in it when a research or strategy pitch comes up. Signing up for the daily/weekly email blasts is also helpful. It keeps your ear to the ground of relevant topics, even if you're not specifically on the hunt for something.

**What problems is EMARKETER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Industry knowledge, platform statistics (like demographics, growth, usage, forecasts, etc.). eMarketer is also a tool that covers a large range of industries and topics, including B2B and B2C data.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about the product. I do need to better familiarize myself with the product though.

Organized data about specific industries is made available which makes our job simple as it comes with a credible name of EMarketer

**What do you like best about EMARKETER?**

International references for media spend, along with so many other studies that help in keeping ourselves updated with the world.

**What do you dislike about EMARKETER?**

Nothing as such. It's too much information and hence not very simple, but that's okay. We treat it like a directory.

Well, it's a pretty useful tool that can help you achieve a lot of learning. In my case it was provided by the organizaion   though.

Emarketer is useful in any marketing plan that requires industry or worldwide data or standards/trends to help make a point. In writing strategic plans, it sets a standard. In giving presentations, its charts are useful for visuals. In wanting to stay current and knowledgeable, its articles explain what is happening across the globe.

**What do you like best about EMARKETER?**

Emarketer is like a university online library for marketing. You can search the contents and get results related to current marketing ideas that may help you sell your initiatives at work. It is definitely a resource for a marketing professional who wants to stay current.

**What do you dislike about EMARKETER?**

It's not really that I dislike this, but you can easily get sucked in. I'd recommend using it as your morning news with coffee to stay current. Their email subscriptions can provide the latest info to look at.

**What problems is EMARKETER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Emarketer team does the work of coming through the world's business info and provides it to you for everyday use. I love that I can search for topics that I am looking for, knowing that the source is reputable. My problem of "what should I be paying attention to" is resolved when I log in and navigate the menu for many of the topics available to me.

There is not much that I dislike, eMarketer is a great source of data and a trusted source by our agency and clients.

The best thing I use eMarketer for is to showcase industry trend forecasts in consumer media consumption to help rationalize shifting advertising strategies to meet those trends.

eMarketer is a subscription-based market research company that provides insights and trends related to digital marketing, media, and commerce.

I had to complete a strategy and on a market research company that couod provide the data I would need before planning a digital marketing campaign.

The fact that I could see the trends on the digital and media platforms and use that on reporting data.

Nothing in particular.  Mabe a some ways one could compare trends and data in a reporting table

eMarketer consistently helps my team with competitive reports for our client as well as inform our media strategy based on trends and consumer data/

**What do you like best about EMARKETER?**

I like that eMarketer is constantly releasing new articles that are very relevant to the time they are released. Other research sites usually only have outdated reports.

**What do you dislike about EMARKETER?**

I dislike that their data is not customizable.

Ensure that you reach out the sales rep when you need custom reports executed.

eMarketer helps my team solve problems with how to reach our consumers. I have realized a benefit of using eMarketer is having the most up to date data.
