**What do you like best about EmailHooks?**

Emailhooks is one the best tool for sending transactional emails. I have used them to send the invoices to my customers. The templates are so amazing and easy to use. If you are selling a product or you have an E-commerce store, then this tool is for you.

**What do you dislike about EmailHooks?**

I think the trial period should be more than 14 days.

In the first project plan, there is no feature of email stats, it is only in the premium plans.

but rest apart everything is well.

**What problems is EmailHooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Emailhooks, I was not able to send the payment notification emails which was harming my customer relations for my business. But after using I am able to give good customer service for each and every transaction detail. The tool works very smoothly and is easy to understand and I will recommend it to all of you who are thinking to use this tool.

One more thing after using EmailHooks my ROI increased by 40%.

**What do you like best about EmailHooks?**

After a lot of research finally I came across an excellent tool that helps to notify the transactional emails for my customers. I have been running my online store for a year. But somehow I was not able to get the expected ROI that I always desire to achieve. This tool helps me to grow the trust factor with my customers.

**What do you dislike about EmailHooks?**

Nothing negative from my end until now. The tool works perfectly well. I am curious and looking forward to if they can come up with some more interesting features too.

**What problems is EmailHooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of EmailHooks, I am able to increase the trust factor and customer relationships with my brand. The conversion rate is been increased to 40% which is amazing. And I will recommend it to all other ecom owners who are struggling to send transactional emails to their valuable customers. Just go for it.
