I find it challenging to make Email on Acid more custom. Creating custom cases for each situation is a shortcoming. It would be helpful to have an option where you could name a set of tests that only include selected platforms or OS screenshots. Too much information can blur the actual requirement. I've used Email on Acid for years, and find it to be a critical tool for our email marketing program. Viewing and actual rendered version of an email in the most common inbox providers is invaluable when troubleshooting to ensure a perfect user experience for each subscriber. What displays fine in one browser client may not in another and vice versa. EOA takes the guessing out of the equation. What's better is that EOA provides recommendations for how to fix or edit the code to display correctly in many outlying instances. This is very helpful when troubleshooting. We don't use the templates, however they do offer many free downloadable templates which make coding a fluid-responsive email super easy for non-technical marketing folks.
