What do you like best about Elogic Commerce?

Working with Elogic Commerce, I really value their 'Discovery Phase' methodology. Before coding, their Solution Architects develop a comprehensive Technical Blueprint, which includes our data flows, API endpoints, and third-party extensions. Their architecture document highlighted potential conflicts between our ERP and Adobe Commerce early on, saving us from months of rework. Their agile processes are impressive, as their project managers run 2-week sprints with clear demos, ensuring transparency in deliverables. I appreciate their budget accuracy, with final invoices matching their initial estimates. Their expertise in integrating Adobe Commerce with Oracle NetSuite is standout, particularly the bi-directional sync for orders and inventory, and the accurate real-time stock updates that prevent overselling. Additionally, their ability to manage B2B financials with live credit limit validations is remarkably beneficial. What do you dislike about Elogic Commerce?

If I had to change one thing it would be their flexibility during the initial onboarding. Elogic Commerce has a very strict discovery and architecture processes before they start coding.
