We have found the popup widget very easy to use and it has really improved the sophistication of our website. The widget has excellent customisation features including allowing popups with different media and the usual look and feel settings. There is a good selection of ways to display the popup. Customer support is first class and the team seems to work closely with the developers - it is refreshing to find the support staff knowledgable about the product and they do not simply refer you to online help that you have already looked at. We have not had any problems implementing popups with a Squarespace website but have had help with some customisation. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** The only downside we have experienced is the initial understanding of how to implement Elfsight - there is plenty of online and real person support to get over this. So quick and easy to embed a widget into the sites I manage. Most of the sites I work on have been built using the Weebly webpage builder. The Before and After Slider widget works so well on my clients website. It works flawlessly and look great. It would have taken me a long time to code this myself. Well worth the money paid for this one. Google Reviews is probably the widget I use the most though. I've embedded it on quite a few of my clients sites. I love how many features and options there are to choose from. I like how I can get the colours to match any branding. There are even options to add your own styling code to get things looking just right. I've only needed to reach out to customer support on a couple of occasions over the last few years. The support has always been very impressive and helpful. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** Nothing really. The only niggle I used to have was that the platform.js script reguarly got flagged up in Google Lighthouse audits. I reached out to support and they gave me some code to try out, which helped me get round the low Lighthouse scores. When you think you would like the widget to have a function, it most likely does! The truly amazing thing is the support service.
