If my clients or I had any issues, the Elephant CPA team would resolve same day, very responsive. The navigation is intuitive and improvements are being added based on user feedback. **What do you dislike about ElephantCPA?** Features such as e-sign were difficult to use this past tax season, but the Elephant CPA team is working to refine for next year. **What problems is ElephantCPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** A quality secure client portal for document transfer between clients and CPAs. ### 2. Workflow Management was also excellent as there is an email notification every time a new job is added to a specified user, once sent for review and when the reviewer returns it for any comments/suggestions. **What do you dislike about ElephantCPA?** All in all, it was a great system, but there might always be a better way for some features to make it even more helpful to existing users. For example, adding features for automatically adding recurring tasks on multiple dates, adding a calendar to have a quick view of different statuses of functions for a given period/month. **What problems is ElephantCPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** In our organization, Elephant helps us organize various tasks for every user. Accounting for multiple clients might be tedious to monitor progress and time spent on each task for cost consideration. It also provides a summary of pending and due tasks. It also does the job of notifying the following user once a task is ready to review. ### 3.
