What I like best about Egnyte is that I can keep everything in one place and organize it in proper folders, so my work stays clear and easy to manage and I don’t get confused.

Many times I need to edit diet charts or update patient reports, and I can do it directly here without downloading again, which saves time. file sharing is also easy. If I make changes in a file, I can still go back to older version which is useful sometimes.

Performance is good, files open fast and it does not feel slow even with multiple folders. when I upload multiple files or bigger folders, it sometimes takes a little more time depending on internet, so I have to wait till everything is uploaded properly. While using the Pdf editor, basic edits work fine, but for more detailed editing I still feel more comfortable using a dedicated PDF tool. another small thing is that when there are many folders, the interface can feel a bit busy and I need to click a few times to find the exact file. We are a billing company and have been using Egnyte for many years. I appreciate it as a secure, HIPAA-compliant folder for sharing HPI between our team and our clients (doctors). I use Egnyte in our engineering firm to manage large files across multiple offices. This means that a local copy of the file may be cached and re-open as read-only then it needs to be reloaded. While reliability has been okay, it can become a bit slow from time to time. Egnyte is really a good tool for everyone in our company. We use it company-wide at Faith Technologies, Inc., and it's very helpful to share large files that we can't send through email.
