EG Lønservice Reviews & Product Details

EG Lønservice is a Danish payroll solution purpose-built for the construction and installation trades (håndværks- og installationsbranchen). It combines a sector-specific payroll system with integrated expert service, quality control, and unlimited support. The product is sold and operated by EG Software, marketed exclusively in Denmark. Over 20,000 tradespeople receive their pay through EG Lønservice. Pricing starts from DKK 25 per payslip. The core problem EG Lønservice solves: construction sector payroll is governed by complex collective agreements (overenskomster) with dozens of special rules — SH-opsparing (søgnehelligdagsopsparing), Fritvalgskonto, holiday accounting, apprentice wage progression, piece-rate (akkord) calculations, and recurring rate changes. Generic payroll platforms leave customers to configure and maintain these rules themselves. EG Lønservice embeds them as a managed, always-current component of the product.
