## About EG Certified Payroll
A WH-347 workbook for Excel on Windows for contractors on Davis-Bacon jobs. Projects hold the wage determination rates with the dates they took effect; workers carry a four-digit identifying number and never a Social Security number; hours go in by day and the overtime rate, gross and net are derived. Check reads the week against the determination and the rules, names the worker, the cell and the amount, and will not approve a payroll with a blocking finding. Approve freezes the figures, Preview form renders both pages of the January 2025 revision, and Save PDF writes them beside the workbook. The trial is the full product with a trial mark on every printed page; one license, $199 paid once, takes the mark off. It never computes withholding and it certifies nothing: the contractor signs the Statement of Compliance.
