Our role is pretty simple. We get your email, we register its contents and delivery and we issue the evidence receipt that proves who sent what, to whom and when. **What do you like best about eEvid?**

Customer support. When we implemented a mass mailing solution (using eEvidence) for a customer, we encountered a couple of integration issues. These were all solved fast and professional. Resulting in a reliable solution delivered on time.

**What do you dislike about eEvid?**

Well, it would be nitpicking (since I"m really content with eEvidence), but the website that you can use to check on eEvidence receipts could use some more work. Especially the filtering/sorting of a large number of receipts.
The last time I used it was in December 2015, so it could be changed already.

**Recommendations to others considering eEvid:**

Don't hesitate to contact support -- they know exactly how the service operate and are willing to help fix any issues you might encounter.

**What problems is eEvid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem we had to solve for our client was to reliably send a large number of mails (500k) in a short period of time (1 week). Each mail had a PDF attachment about 1MB in size. Another requirement was to have a detailed status report of the actual mail delivery.

eEvidence turned out to be the service that provided all of that -- at a competitive price.

The benefits we realized were:
* meeting the deadline for our client
* a reliable solution that can be used when needed
* a fast and reliable way to send mass mailings with attachments
