  ### 1. Turn key solution to unauthorized resellers!

**What do you like best about eEnforce?**

I get a weekly report on the progress of all the unauthorized resellers. eEnforce then does all the work to unmask the seller's real name and address and then send stop and desist letters. The vast majority of the resellers we come across are doing so with fake names and addresses. We're able to get past that and most of them down. It's very quite effective and allows my team to focus on more important tasks. This also helps keep the buy box on Amazon. I also have a really great eEnforce agent to work with if I ever have any questions.

**What do you dislike about eEnforce?**

Sometimes I forget about the service since it is so turn-key, maybe more customer touchpoints would be helpful to understand the progress happening and solutions to some of the more troublesome unauthorized resellers.

**What problems is eEnforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us maintain our brand consistently by not allowing other sellers to represent our products and brand. Also by helping us keep the buy box on Amazon keep our listing front and center when unauthorized resellers pop up!

**What do you like best about eEnforce?**

I don't have to worry about being scammed by unauthorised sites

**What do you dislike about eEnforce?**

It's relatively  expensive and the responsiveness is relatively low

**What problems is eEnforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel secured and the company i work in don't have to think about the cyber attack
