The courses are delivered by outstanding lecturers: academics (Harvard, Wharton, LBS, INSEAD) and businessmen (KPMG, Merrill Lynch). I like how there are so many course offerings, and companies can edit it to tailor to their needs. The lecturers are from top universities and are well-qualified. I also like how managers can generate reports on what employees are learning. **What do you dislike about Eduson?** I can't think of any negatives. My team really enjoys using it, and it's a great way to promote continuous learning in the workplace in a more fun way. **Recommendations to others considering Eduson:** If you're a big company wanting to promote a culture of continuous learning, then I strongly recommend this LMS. **What problems is Eduson solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eduson is helping my CPG company keep learning even when we are busy with our everyday tasks. It's useful for every step, such as during onboarding, Excel skills, soft skills like negotiation courses, management training, etc. ### 2. Everyone I know who used courses from this platform was beyond satisfied and agreed that they would use them again in the future if they had the ability to do so. Another amazing ability in terms of e-learning platforms, in general, is the ability to learn at any point in the day. A major issue that I have run into with the education system is that you need to build your work schedule around your learning schedule which is difficult if you want a top-quality education. This platform, however, allowed me to take courses whenever I saw them beneficial to my growth with absolutely no problem at all. **What do you dislike about Eduson?** The only issue that I ran into when using this software was the lack of technology-related courses that were available. Some other platforms are a lot more abundant within this area of learning which is huge for people such as myself who are entirely devoted to this field in terms of learning. If I was to do learning that was based within this area then this is not the first system that I would choose for that very reason. Overall though, it is great for learning that is done in a general sense and not specific to some of the more intense topics that I fancy. **Recommendations to others considering Eduson:** I would highly recommend this for general learners looking for a cost-effective platform. **What problems is Eduson solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were solving the problem of having an online e-learning platform that was cost-effective for a multitude of people to use and this platform was able to accomplish that. ### 3. Also it is really cost-effective. The company top-management receives profound analytics on each office and production unit; it's very helpful. **What do you dislike about Eduson?** I believe Eduson.tv should keep on developing in the same direction, extend their library of courses and create more tools for personnel assessment. **What problems is Eduson solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used this platform to train the blue collar workers as they have no means of training at their workplaces. They were excited to be involved in corporate training at least from home. They really enjoyed learning leadership, time management, soft skills. ### 4. Due to 24/7 access people can easily learn whatever they want from whereever they want. **What do you dislike about Eduson?** Lack of technical courses in the library. **Recommendations to others considering Eduson:** If you are considering Eduson.tv just try a free demo access (as we did 2 years ago) and see if it works for you and your employees. **What problems is Eduson solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been using Eduson as a part of the corporate learning for 2 years. It perfectly suites our need to train our staff at distant offices at a reasonable price. ### 5. Eduson is available on mobile devices, tablets, etc. Finally, the quality of courses provided in Eduson library is really high. **What do you dislike about Eduson?** Nothing.
