The interface is intuitive, and teachers adapted quickly. The integration with Razorpay and WhatsApp has made fee collection and communication far smoother. What I like most is the support team — they respond quickly and guide us through every new update. The NEP 2020 and CBSE-compliant reports are a huge plus for our management team. **What do you dislike about EDU?** Initial setup took some time because we had to align our existing data formats, but once configured, everything runs smoothly. The mobile app could load a bit faster during peak hours, but overall, it’s been reliable. **What problems is EDU solving and how is that benefiting you?** As the IT administrator, I was managing several disconnected systems for attendance, fee collection, and staff records.
