Edhitch Campus ERP Reviews & Product Details

Edhitch Campus ERP is a modern ERP for colleges and universities in India, built by Edhitch. It runs the whole institution on one platform, with 40+ modules covering every department, from first enquiry to alumni. Admissions and enrolment include an admissions CRM, online applications, merit lists, document verification and seat allotment. Fee management handles fee structures, online payment, scholarships and defaulter tracking. The examinations module supports the full Controller of Examinations workflow, continuous internal evaluation, online and proctored exams, result processing, grade cards and transcripts. Attendance can be captured on web or mobile with geo-tagging, biometric or RFID. Academics are built for NEP 2020, with Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS), multidisciplinary programmes, the Academic Bank of Credits and outcome-based education with CO-PO mapping. Further modules cover timetables, a virtual classroom and LMS, HR and payroll, finance, purchase and assets, hostel and transport with GPS tracking, library, placements and alumni, events, e-approvals and e-certificates. A mobile app and portals serve students, parents and faculty, and real-time dashboards serve leadership. What sets Edhitch Campus ERP apart is its connection to Master Data Map, Edhitch’s accreditation and ranking platform. Every record the ERP keeps, from faculty and students to examination results, placements and finance, flows into Master Data Map in real time. There it is mapped to NAAC, NBA, NIRF, AISHE, THE and QS reporting. Institutions don’t rebuild their data in spreadsheets at accreditation time, and the same figures appear in every submission. 28+ campuses, 70,000+ students and 23 lakh+ examinations run on the Edhitch platform. APG Shimla University has run its campus ERP on it since 2019. Edhitch’s own team implements and trains each institution, with 12+ years in Indian higher education.
