That is awesome. The best thing was the very short, near perfect implementation. Easiest integration we have had in some time. There were no surprises...the sales pitch matched what was delivererd - a refreshing bonus as well. **What do you dislike about Edgio?** I have not found anything yet that I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Edgio:** They tell it exactly as it is. No fluff. They gave us a long list of customers to call on to hear about their experience using Moovweb. Others we considered were guarded or would not release people to talk to us unless we said we would use their technology. They are quick to respond during testing, and changes we have need to make are addressed timely and efficiently. Service doesn't slow down or stop when you are 1 year or more down the road. **What problems is Edgio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have experienced an increase in conversion on a mobile devices. We have experienced an increase in customers who consumer our free content/resources, most of this increase has been on mobile. We have had a nice lift in SEO for both desktop and mobile as a result of going mobile. We do not have to "maintain" and worry about 2 platforms for the most part, since this is a re-render technology. We are limited in our IS resources, so this is a huge plus. ### 11. Good solution to maintain and support for us as an agency with multiple clients using it. **What do you dislike about Edgio?** Not much. I'd like to see the company really explore the full potential of the platform particularly with AMP pages and possibly PWAs. **What problems is Edgio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mobile web provided via Moovweb, An internal 10 month project can be completed in 6 weeks. ### 12. Support is friendly. **What do you dislike about Edgio?** We will now have to write a script using their API to re-encode our videos, a service that they should offer as a part of the product. This has made it very hard for us to upgrade to their HTML5 player, and in the meantime we are dealing with Flash issues. Recently a Flash update was put out that made our videos unplayable for a short while, unacceptable as videos are our main product and how we make money as a business. The company overall seems outdated and I am worried what that means for us if we continue to use them in the future. **Recommendations to others considering Edgio:** Consider another service. Everything else is great. **Recommendations to others considering Edgio:** This CRM is very helpful in tracking the shipping history of your products, even if done so through a third party. You are able to search your customers information through multiple forms of identification such as email address, or first and last name. **What problems is Edgio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to track customers shipments through limelight by searching for their name, email address, etc. We are able to access tracking numbers through the CRM which is helpful. We can view a customers ordering history and future shipments that are in the process of being sent. ### 16. It gives you what you would expect for a basic CDN and works just fine. **What do you dislike about Edgio?** I didn't like Limelight. Simply put, we paid too much for the benefit it gave us and the amount of traffic we got. When I came to the company I work for now, we were using Limelight to host our training videos. Reality is, for the traffic they receive, we were paying WAY TOO MUCH for the bandwidth and usage. It was difficult to cancel our subscription and I just didn't like the overall experience. **Recommendations to others considering Edgio:** Look at more mainstream CDN products before you go with Limelight. Especially if you're using a system like Wordpress or a host that recommends a particular CDN, you should look at those products first. ### 17.
