The search function is not intuitive or keyword based as it suggests. The best way I can find invoices is to look at all invoices inputted and scroll through them, which is very time consuming.
When there is an issue with an invoice that is blocking it from processing, I do not receive an alert or any indication that there is an issue. I have to go and look myself, and this typically happens way too late in the process, delaying invoice payments.
There isn't a way to view only the invoices one user has uploaded for a company account. I have to look at all of them for the whole company and regardless of who uploaded the invoice. This creates confusion where other users think invoices are for them to review and approve, when it isn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
