Overall not user friendly **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024 **What do you like best about Edenred Pay?** When everything is uploaded correctly, it seems to work seamlessly. **What do you dislike about Edenred Pay?** The search function is not intuitive or keyword based as it suggests. The best way I can find invoices is to look at all invoices inputted and scroll through them, which is very time consuming. When there is an issue with an invoice that is blocking it from processing, I do not receive an alert or any indication that there is an issue. I have to go and look myself, and this typically happens way too late in the process, delaying invoice payments. There isn't a way to view only the invoices one user has uploaded for a company account. I have to look at all of them for the whole company and regardless of who uploaded the invoice. This creates confusion where other users think invoices are for them to review and approve, when it isn't. **What problems is Edenred Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?** It actually created more steps for my role in the accounting process than what I previously had before Edenred Pay was implemented. So it does not benefit me at all. ### 2. Some features are that they provide additional services, promos and discounts, for stores like walmart, pharmacies and can also be used for your personal fun like in apps (spotify, xbox, tickermaster, etc.) Register and assigning to employees was a very fast and easy process, took around 10-15 minutes. **What do you dislike about Edenred Pay?** The app like most can be a little difficult to use at first, you ust have to take your time to see all the features it has, and learn how to use it for the promos and discounts they offer. Sometimes using the payroll advance feature is a little struggling. **What problems is Edenred Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing extra benefits to employees, easy to use and benefiting me as well as I am part of the users. It also allows us to manage the companys finances effectivaly and organized. Between other competitors Edenred does stand out. ### 3. It does not run on Windows 11 and the support team was not able to help me right away.
