Also, the development team is continuously working on improving the system without additional costs. I support working with effective technical support that facilitates the use of the system. Edara helps me in creating periodic reports to present to senior management quickly and smoothly. I also appreciate the ease of setting up the system with the help of the company's team. **What do you dislike about Edara?** I was hoping that the system would have a human resources module to make it a complete system. Continous updates, with emails and notifications shows the updates to the users. Fast and capable support team, that you can reach from any plateform. Compatible with almost all browsers and devices. **What do you dislike about Edara?** More features are needed, more cells are needed in Products and customers database. Some compatibility issues with Safari aren't yet solved, but they told me they are working on it.
