The dashboarding features are amazing because they allow us to pull all relevant information and display it in a way that makes everything understandable at a glance. I also appreciate that the dashboards help free up time from management since they get alerted if there's a problem with submitted records, and if not, they don't have to worry. The initial setup was very easy, and the software is easy to use. Plus, the customer support is excellent. **What do you dislike about EcoOnline?** At times, setting up custom dashboards can be complicated, but that's not a failure of EcoOnline rather just a side effect of the dashboards running off of Looker, and us pushing the system to its limits. **What problems is EcoOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** EcoOnline ensures complete, timely record-keeping for regulatory compliance in health, safety, and environment. This not only cuts down on paper waste and the need to store old paperwork, but also makes it much simpler to retrieve documents for auditing and quality control purposes. **What do you dislike about EcoOnline?** There really isn’t much to dislike about the service. The main challenge we’ve faced has been our own team’s reluctance to embrace technology. However, EcoOnline appears to be a solid entry point for moving into digital paperwork and documentation, as it requires less digital expertise than some other competitors in the field. At the same time, it still provides useful features that make managing the system easier. **What problems is EcoOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** This system enables us to store our HSE records digitally, making it easy to access them for review, track trends, manage quality control, and conduct HSE audits. New inspections are easy to create in the backend. It is easy to pull analytics from the inspection results as well. Action items have been a blessing and allow us to easily track deficiencies and determine how long they take to rectify. **What do you dislike about EcoOnline?** Currently, there is little to no focus on advancement of further developments on the eCompliance portion of this portfolio. I feel this is worth considering. **What problems is EcoOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** We obtain analytics from the system and record and store inspections, track preventative maintenance, assign work and, store employee training. ### 7.
