eCommerce Placement Reviews & Provider Details

eCommerce Placement (www.ecommerceplacement.com) is a specialized recruiting firm built exclusively for the digital commerce industry. Founded in 2010, the firm has spent over 15 years developing one of the deepest candidate networks and sharpest hiring frameworks in eCommerce, serving 200+ companies across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Unlike generalist agencies that treat eCommerce as just another vertical, eCommerce Placement operates with complete specialization across nine distinct practice areas: eCommerce Leadership, Digital Marketing, Site Merchandising, Marketplace and Amazon, Web Analytics and Optimization, Sales and Account Management, eCommerce and Digital Technology, Fulfillment and Logistics, and Creative and UX/UI. This full org chart coverage means clients can turn to a single partner whether they need a Chief Digital Officer, an Amazon Channel Manager, a CRO specialist, or an entire eCommerce team built from the ground up. The firm places full-time, direct-hire talent at all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite executives, for online retailers, DTC brands, CPG companies, digital agencies, eCommerce SaaS businesses, marketplace sellers, and more. Clients include recognized names such as Colgate-Palmolive, Kimberly-Clark, SPANX, Vita Coco, Chewy, Sherwin-Williams, and Kenvue, among many others. Speed and quality are core to the model. Most roles are filled within three to six weeks, powered by a proprietary network of 100,000+ pre-vetted eCommerce professionals, the majority of whom are passive candidates not actively searching. Senior leadership positions typically close within four to eight weeks from engagement. The firm operates on a contingency basis, meaning clients pay nothing until a successful placement is made. eCommerce Placement is also a certified Shopify Plus Partner, one of the few recruiting firms ever accepted into the program. This distinction reflects formal training on the Shopify platform and a unique ability to source talent with the specific skills and experience Shopify Plus merchants require. To further support clients, the firm offers eP CoPilot, a free AI-powered hiring tool included with every search engagement. eP CoPilot generates tailored interview questions, candidate scorecards, compensation benchmarks, and job description drafts, giving hiring teams everything they need to evaluate eCommerce talent consistently and confidently. Whether you are a fast-growing DTC brand making your first strategic hire, a Fortune 500 company undergoing digital transformation, or an Amazon-focused business building out your marketplace team, eCommerce Placement brings the industry knowledge, candidate access, and recruiting infrastructure to find the right person, fast.
