The non user friendly interface make it difficult for me to quickly find and access files. **What do you dislike about ecoDMS One?** I have some reservations regarding the customization options and lack of flexibility in ecoDMS One. The system doesn't offer room for customization to cater to our organizations needs. The software lacks integration capabilities with systems, which restricts its functionality. This hampers our ability to simplify processes and work efficiently. **What problems is ecoDMS One solving and how is that benefiting you?** ecoDMS One not able to solve our issue of disorganized documents by providing a cloud based collaboration platform. This has disadvantageous our company as it not empowers our team to access, edit and share documents, from anywhere ultimately improving progress across the board. ### 2. The time consuming document recognition feature is unable to automatically extracts data, which's not helpful. The non customizable workflows have complicated my document approval process making everything hectic. **What do you dislike about ecoDMS One?** The mobile app does not allow me to access my documents, on the go, which's inconvenient. The insecure cloud storage does not ensure the safety of all my information. I have some concerns about the user interface of ecoDMS One as it feels a bit outdated and clunky. **What problems is ecoDMS One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding what I need is difficult at times. The search functionality uses some improvement as it often provides incomplete results. The software tends to be slow and unresponsive at times, which is frustrating and hampers productivity. ### 3. It's also available for free trails before full induction includes ecoDMS, ecoWorkz, ecoMailz, and ecoDMS API for integration with other platforms. **What do you dislike about ecoDMS One?** What I dislike most in my ecoDMS One is its processing time, and you have to update every single time you open this software, which takes time and storage, good enough to make me annoyed sometimes. I am sure the company is working on resolving this issue in the best possible way. **Recommendations to others considering ecoDMS One:** My recommendation to others considering ecoDMS One is that it's an All-in-One Business Solution that offers guaranteed planning security with fixed annual support fees and all available versions updated across the year without any hidden charges. Don't fall for the rumors. If you need a low-cost DMS complete solution, then I suggest first use a free trial and then buy later. I suggest buying based on your own experience as you could be misguided with rumors and reviews; however, personal experience is a different story. **What problems is ecoDMS One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Systematic storage with quick retrieval and secured archiving are the problems I am trying to solve with ecoDMS One that offers low-cost Data Archiving, data protection, easy management, and rapid retrieval solutions. It offers a base price as low as €250 annually flat charges that include benefits more than we realize with this software as includes several other features like ecoWorkz, ecoMailz, and ecoDMS API making ecoDMS one way better than other competitors. ### 12.
