The way they handle appeals saved us a lot of time. They have a 98% first pass success rate due to their rules engines. It frees up the office staff quite a bit for other tasks. I like the eClinicalWorks RCM has a friendly user-interface that is easy to navigate. I also like that it has an easily-accessible option for out-of-office billing; even though this feature is something I've only had to use a handful of times, having it readily available made those rare instances so much easier to deal with. I've been disappointed with eClinicalWorks RCM's customer support; it takes a long time to actually get in contact with a human to help you with any problems that come up.
