"Great solution and support"
What do you like best about Echometer?

I liked the solution as it makes retro calls much easier and fun. Unfortunately, our team was not ready for this solution at the current stage/

Anyway, I've received a great support with explanation how service works, what is available and what is planned to be added in future. I really hope to return back to this solution and I advise everyone to use it when you need a great tool for retro Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Echometer?

1 to 1 feature appeared to be not quite what Ive expected. But it was not the main thing that we wanted from this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"First impression very good :)"
What do you like best about Echometer?

We do not have a dedicated Scrum Master in our team, so the facilitation for the retro has to be done by a team member. With Echometer, it is very easy to create and conduct a retro. You can choose from many templates and receive facilitation guidance on what the template aims at. The team health check has already provided interesting insights in the first retro, as questions were asked that had not come up before.

I am pleased with this tool and am already looking forward to the long-term evaluation that collects metrics over multiple retros.

And last but not least, the support is very fast and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Echometer?

So far, my feedback has always been accepted by the support and has even partially been implemented in the product. Therefore, at the moment, I can't say what I might not like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredibly convenient for remote teams"
What do you like best about Echometer?

Echometer’s retrospective prompts are successfully arranged to encourage openness and identify potential problems in a team. Its making it possible to do the retros asynchronously without having to allocate a certain moment to the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Echometer?

I do not like the fact that most of the post is given to post-mortem analysis. It provides a report of the team response but does not assist in how this response can be turned into practical solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scrum Masters managing small, co-located team"
What do you like best about Echometer?

The pre-constructed psychology-backed prompts foster transparency, due to which my team has been able to discuss weaknesses. The options of remote retros helping to provide the team collaboration even if the members are in different locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Echometer?

Echometer appears to have been designed with small-scale teams particularly in mind. The discussion prompts and the rating scales may not be very efficient when used on handling a dozen or more participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very useful and intuitiv, great support"
What do you like best about Echometer?

Echometer has very smart features which support my work with remote teams. It offers everything you need for your slim and focused retros. In addition it simplifies the tracking of action items and monitors your teams health status. Even for beginners it offers a well explained red thread to follow from ice breaker to roi voting. The team behind Echometer is super fast handling support-requests and is genuinely interested in getting honest feedback to improve the app even further.

My teams are very happy using the app, because it enables them to be part of the background work. And they really like the modern UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Echometer?

I must admit that a little too many bugs appear on a regular basis to call it "perfect". But: Whenever I reported a bug the support team answered very fast. As far as I remember every single bug was handled and fixed within around 24h, which is way faster than my own company ;)

In my opinion the icebreakers could be a little more interactiv. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"If I had to limit myself to three tools, Echometer would be in."
What do you like best about Echometer?

I like the simplicity. I like the survey upfront so that every participant can choose when to answer the questions or think about topics for the next retrospective. What I love is the 'archive' - where you see the team's development. What I also love is the agile pulse check of your team or the organization your team belongs to. Great tool. Can highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Echometer?

When you are used to Miro or Mural the handling of the whiteboards is not as comfortable as you might hope for. But that's not the main focus of the tool. So I can easily live with it. And use Miro for complex boards. For simple tasks like fast brainstorming, it is sufficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I love it!"
What do you like best about Echometer?

Guided workflow, very helpful for less experienced Scrum Masters to facilitate a Retrospective. It helps me, to save a lot of time and use the time in the retro meeting more efficiently. Very quick and helpful support! Customers are actively involved in development of new features. A tool for agile retrospectives, developed in an exemplary agile manner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Echometer?

Some minor bugs (which everytime are fixed very fast after reporting). There is so much potential in this software but there are also some features which let me think "this is nice, but what do I do with it?". Of course there is a lot room for more functionality, but it's a young software and development is continuously ongoing, so it becomes better and feature richer all the time.
