I liked the solution as it makes retro calls much easier and fun. Unfortunately, our team was not ready for this solution at the current stage/ Anyway, I've received a great support with explanation how service works, what is available and what is planned to be added in future. I really hope to return back to this solution and I advise everyone to use it when you need a great tool for retro

We do not have a dedicated Scrum Master in our team, so the facilitation for the retro has to be done by a team member. With Echometer, it is very easy to create and conduct a retro. You can choose from many templates and receive facilitation guidance on what the template aims at. The team health check has already provided interesting insights in the first retro, as questions were asked that had not come up before. I am pleased with this tool and am already looking forward to the long-term evaluation that collects metrics over multiple retros. And last but not least, the support is very fast and helpful.
