What do you like best about Echoes?

The API, which allows us to bring Echoes data into our information system and cross-reference it with our other tools, while keeping the platform for daily monitoring. And Chloé, our account manager, very responsive and who follows us diligently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Echoes?

The only downside: privacy periods are configured vehicle by vehicle, without the possibility of applying them to the entire fleet or a group of vehicles. For a medium-sized fleet, with vehicles assigned to employees, it quickly becomes time-consuming. A grouped configuration would be a real plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recommend Echoes to companies managing a heterogeneous fleet: the solution works regardless of the brands and types of vehicles (utility, commercial vehicles, sedans, two-wheelers), allowing everything to be centralized on a single tool.
