EasyShiftPlan Reviews & Product Details

EasyShiftPlan is staff scheduling software built for independent businesses — restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, retail and convenience stores, salons, repair shops and clinics — not for chains. Instead of dragging shifts into a spreadsheet, the owner describes the week: shifts, each person's availability and time off, how many people each shift needs, and what matters most — coverage, labour cost or fair hours. A constraint solver then generates the most economical schedule that respects every hard rule, and flags any shift it cannot cover instead of hiding the gap. The manager reviews, adjusts and confirms before anything is shared; confirmed schedules export to CSV, and staff get a private link to view their own shifts. It is scheduling only — no time clock, payroll or HR suite to buy. One flat price: CA$20/month per store (CA$199/year), with a 14-day trial and a free demo that needs no payment details.
