Plenty of options for creating e-newsletter, my favourite being drag and drop option. **What do you dislike about e-shot?** Sometimes the interface isn't so easy to use and navigate. The upload image will not work or load sometimes. **What problems is e-shot solving and how is that benefiting you?** E-shot allows us to send out a large, complex newsletter to our customer base with a relatively small effort. It allows us to monitor the stats in a meaningful way so that we tailor future mailings more accurately and with content that our readers like. ### 2. It's ease of use make it so reliable in the digital platform. **What do you dislike about e-shot?** Well this application can't be used in MacBook or IOS , Because they haven't development for these two platforms, so it could be great if we can use this in MacBook and iOS platforms. **Recommendations to others considering e-shot:** Choose Eshot for betterment of your digital communication. You can rely on this application. **What problems is e-shot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us sending e-mails and notifications for our customers in a single go, it's having very good built in functionalities , it's provide greater mobile application support, and it is cloud based platform so we can integrate this with any cloud based Technology. ### 3. For example, you can have only certain people notified based on information about them. This avoids spamming customers who are not interested and targeting customers who will want to see the campaign. **What do you dislike about e-shot?** $99 a month for the service is too expensive for us. We can perform email campaigns usng existing free services at relatively the same quality. E-shot has a nice UI, and lots of features, but if you aren't leveraging all of it, the system feels expensive. **What problems is e-shot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our primary use case for e-shot were email campaigns. We want to write emails that would automatically publish templates with user information. We also wanted to avoid sending it to all users, and only send it to users based on information we had about them. ### 4.
