**What do you like best about e-point?**

Support customers by helping, providing information, analyzing basic problems, and making constant updates. Having more than one way to access the Internet further improves the reliability and stability of connections.

**What do you dislike about e-point?**

The price of the service is very high, and for any changes, an extra fee must be paid. The service is truly exceptional, but for small businesses or those just starting out, the cost is somewhat steep.

**Recommendations to others considering e-point:**

Depending on your needs, it is well worth it, but the cost is high. If you seek quality above anything else, okay.

**What problems is e-point solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Made resources faster and always available by using fast connections and maintaining copies in various different locations. Additionally, VPN connections are more secure, ensuring high availability in specific locations.
