## Dust Reviews
 ### 1. Amazing tool from an amazing team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yanis B. | Customer Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Dust?**

What I appreciate most about Dust is its user-friendly interface combined with powerful capabilities. The platform excels in three key areas: simplicity in creating and customizing AI agents, secure handling of company data, and seamless access to various LLM models. The ability to easily share information and collaborate with team members while maintaining data privacy makes it particularly valuable for business use. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

The main limitation is the lack of image generation capabilities. While Dust excels in text-based AI operations, having built-in image generation features would make it an even more comprehensive AI solution.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust solves the challenge of securely leveraging AI capabilities within a business context. It benefits me by providing a safe environment to create specialized AI agents that can access company data, while maintaining data privacy. The platform's ease of use and powerful collaboration features streamline information sharing among team members, making it an efficient solution for enterprise-wide AI implementation.

 ### 2. Easy, Fast Email Campaigns with Seamless HubSpot Connectivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raizel C. | Marketing Operations and PR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

As a marketer, I've enabled dust to help me create and organize my email campaigns. Something that would take me a dayish has been reduced to minutes. I was honestly floored.

It's easy. The connectivity right into hubspot made things so straightforward.

I can now launch more campaigns, more complex campaigns, and have a highly robust email marketing process that appropriately targets each of our segments in ways I wished I had more time to do before.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I think the copywriting still needs some work. I find I have to prompt it a bit more than I’d like, but it’s workable.

When I’m building email campaigns in HubSpot using custom modules, things can get a bit buggy whenever I make manual edits. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job done.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve always wished I could do more with email marketing, but I never had the time. Now I can accomplish what I wanted in a fraction of the time, which frees me up to focus on other tasks or more strategic work.

 ### 3. Fast, Responsive Access to the Latest Models with Powerful Agents

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie C. | DesignOps X Head of Product Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

The ability to use all the latest models with high responsiveness and speed is appreciated. The agents and skills are powerful, too.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I think the system could be more open and the UI more pleasant—making it easier to find past conversations—and Dust could be more proactive regarding knowledge.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a designer at ERES, I mainly use Dust for writing: functional specs, UX content (microcopy, interface text, error messages), and documentation for my screens. Before, drafting this content took a disproportionate amount of time relative to its value — rephrasing a spec for different audiences (dev, PO, business teams), adapting the same error message into several variants, or structuring notes from a UX workshop.

With Dust, I save significant time on these repetitive tasks: I can generate a first draft of a spec or UX content in just a few minutes, which I then refine with my domain expertise and knowledge of ERES's employee savings products. The benefit isn't just speed — it's also freeing up time for the part of the job that adds the most value: discussions with teams and iterating on user journeys.

 ### 4. Easy Setup, Simple to Use, and Very Affordable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nidhi P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Easy to setup, use and v v v affordable! I love that I’ve been able to chain multiple agents together to get the results that I want. I still like to review what it’s creating but it’s good enough to not even need that! Thank you so much to the Dust team for such a fantastic product!

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I don’t think it’s something that I dislike, per se, but I wish I could connect to multiple accounts and emails without having to pay per seat for it. I’m a freelancer and that would be quite a nice change as I keep working across multiple clients and workspaces. This is a great product for teams, and still fantastic for freelancers like me, but it locks me in with just the one account which is a bit of a shame. I have found ways around it though 👀

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving all my research and outreach problems. Helping me go from 0 to 100 very quickly.

 ### 5. From scattered knowledge to working AI agents, in days

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Baudouin M. | Dirigeant et fondateur, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Dust is the fastest path I've found to deploy real AI agents inside a small or mid-sized business, without months of setup or a dedicated tech team. For SMEs ecosystem, where resources are tight and expectations are high, that speed to value is everything. I can connect mine or a client's existing tools, build tailored agents on top of data, and have something working in days, not quarters.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

The onboarding curve for non-technical users is still steep. When I deployed Dust for my business, the platform itself is rarely the blocker, but getting the team to understand how to interact with agents, build and manage knowledge sources, and trust the outputs takes time and hand-holding. Pricing is also something I navigate carefully with clients: it can be hard to project costs at the start of a deployment, before you know how many users will actually adopt the platform and how intensively.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust solves a problem I see constantly : sit on a lot of internal knowledge, processes, and operational data, but none of it is accessible at the right moment, by the right person. Everything is scattered across folders, inboxes, or locked inside people's heads.
As a Dust user, I deploy agents that connect directly to that existing knowledge and make it actionable. A sales team can instantly query their own client context. An ops manager gets answers grounded in their actual process documentation, not a generic AI response. That shift from generic to specific is what changes how people relate to AI at work.
The business impact is real: fewer back-and-forth emails, faster onboarding for new hires, better consistency in customer-facing responses.

 ### 6. An indispensable AI platform that keeps getting better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clara C. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

The constant evolution of the product. In two years of use, I've watched Dust grow from a great idea into a genuinely indispensable tool for our team. The team ships meaningful updates regularly, and you can tell they are truly listening to their users. The platform is powerful, flexible, and it keeps getting better. It has changed the way we work, and I wouldn't go back.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Honestly, the hardest part is keeping up with all the new features! Dust ships updates so frequently that it can be a challenge to stay on top of everything, integrate new capabilities into our workflows, and make sure the whole team is aware of what's possible. But to be clear, that's entirely on us, not on Dust. If anything, it's a good problem to have. The product moves fast, and sometimes we're the bottleneck, not the tool.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust eliminates the time we used to waste searching for information across tools. Everything is connected, and our team gets answers instantly. But beyond knowledge management, Dust now enables true end-to-end workflows, thanks to MCP integrations, triggers, and automation capabilities. We can build agents that don't just answer questions but actually take action. That's a game changer for productivity.

 ### 7. Intuitive, Fast, and Great Value—Dust Makes Agentic AI Accessible

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Dust is intuitive and easy to use, while offering access to many of the tools and integrations that companies rely on every day. Performance is also great, responses are generally fast, reliable, and useful, even when handling more complex requests.
It makes agentic AI accessible to everyone, including people without a technical background. Dust helps automate repetitive tasks, save time, and support everyday work without requiring users to understand the technology behind it. Dust not only improves existing workflows, but also opens the door to new tasks and possibilities that teams may not have explored before.
A major strength is that Dust is not just a generic AI tool. It can be enriched with the context and knowledge of an organization, making its responses and support much more relevant in practice.
The value for money is also excellent compared with similar tools on the market.
Finally, the support team is highly responsive and genuinely listens to user feedback. It is great to see that requests are taken seriously and can influence the development of new features.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Some MCP tool connections can occasionally be unreliable when handling complex tasks or large amounts of data. For example, Dust has sometimes created duplicate pages in Notion even when the instructions explicitly stated not to do so.
There have also been instances where an other MCP connection became disconnected or its permissions changed without any action from our side. These issues are not constant, but they can interrupt workflows and require additional monitoring or manual corrections. Improved connection stability, permission consistency, and safeguards against unintended duplicate actions would make the experience even more reliable.

Lastly, I would be happy if Dust would introduce external triggers as well at one point.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust provides a secure, company-approved AI environment that can be used across the organization. Having multiple AI models and tools available in one controlled place reduces the risk of employees sharing sensitive information with external or unapproved AI services.
It helps automate repetitive work, provides support with everyday tasks, and opens up new possibilities for improving how we work. Since everyone can adapt Dust to their own needs and role, it is useful across different teams and for a wide range of workflows.
Dust also supports team collaboration and knowledge sharing by making useful information and AI capabilities more accessible across the company. In addition, it is often used for monitoring data and presenting information, which makes insights easier to follow and supports more efficient decision-making.

 ### 8. Powerful and Easy to Configure Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre M. | Cofounder & COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I appreciate the simplicity of Dust's setup. It's accessible to anyone while being very advanced and efficient. Many tasks can be accomplished with Dust, making it very simple and maintainable. The different agents created and used are very traceable, which is great for team collaboration. I also like the constant addition of features.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

At certain times, I noticed that there was no possibility for video creation in Dust, which leads me to use other tools. Moreover, Dust does not allow interaction with a browser, a feature that is important to me and that I use with other tools. These are the two main points that come to mind.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dust to facilitate my daily and weekly processes. It helps to respond to my emails, organize my inbox, analyze call transcripts, create reports, and draft emails. Dust is excellent for productivity and dynamic according to needs.

 ### 9. Efficient Document Analysis with Great Organizational Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I really like how Dust lets me set things up with pods and with the different models or agents I can define myself. That flexibility gives me more control and better organization than other chatbots or applications I’ve tried. The assistance feature is especially helpful for creating agents with clear, specific instructions, and for sharing workflows between them when I need to reuse the same approach.

Pods are also excellent for keeping my projects organized and collecting all the documents for each project in one place. On top of that, I like the search tools—especially semantic and hierarchical search—which make it easier for me to find what I need and manage information effectively. Overall, Dust feels intuitive and solid, and for my use cases it’s been straightforward to use.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I think there are a few organizational areas that could be improved, especially the features for finding things as projects get bigger. For me, organization and having some control over how everything is arranged are the most important parts here.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dust to analyze and synthesize documents for my reports. It also provides organized project management through pods, along with various assistance models, which gives me better control over my workflow and how I manage projects.

 ### 10. Automate the processes with ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meriem A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I appreciate being able to create assistants and automate processes with Dust. We configure assistants for specific use cases, which allows us to save time and be more productive, as the assistants capitalize on our best practices and knowledge. This frees up time for other tasks and for skill development. The initial installation of Dust is easy, quick, and fun.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I am having difficulties with the ease of use of Dust. There is also an issue with the locking of prompts: when I create an agent and share it with my teams, they have the ability to modify and view the prompts. This can lead to leaks and changes that we won't be able to track, which means a waste of time. I also find that the tracking and orchestration of agents could be improved, as well as the calculation of consumption.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like using Dust to access multiple language models and create automated assistants, which increases our productivity and frees up time. However, the locking of prompts is an issue because teams can modify them, leading to risks of information leaks.

 ### 11. Access to all LLMs and top-notch agent management, with a very simple UX/UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

What I like the most:
Having access to all the LLMs. It's really a considerable advantage. I really like switching between different models according to my needs.

The management of agents is really very interesting, everything is in one place, it's easy to manage.

The UX/UI of the DUST site is very simple, very easy to use, there's nothing to complain about.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Regarding the agents, I would really like to be able to connect my agents to each other so that they can call/launch themselves. This is one of the major points missing in Dust.

The integration of certain MCPs can sometimes be a bit lengthy.

Some triggers, notably Jira, still do not work.

I would really like Dust to be able to intervene on my machine / on certain websites when I authorize it...

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust solves a primary fundamental problem regarding AI security in companies. Leaders are no longer anxious. You can "dive in with your eyes closed."

Managing conversation agents in pods among colleagues is very practical. We have an all-in-one tool where you can interact with your colleagues.

The ease of use allows for easy adoption within the company.

 ### 12. Governance and GDPR at the core, with an LLM collaboration that multiplies the team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

What I appreciate about DUST is the topic of governance, GDPR compliance, and the security of my data to prevent training LLMs.

The ability to collaborate with colleagues on the same subject through LLMs is a big plus.

This has allowed my colleagues to go beyond their scope of action before using Dust.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I would like to be able to create agents and sell them to clients. Unfortunately, an agent necessarily has access to the company's global knowledge, which does not allow me to invite a client to use an agent that I would have created for them.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, the Shadow AI that was effective within my organization. The AI skills development of all my teams on a single platform. Dust also allowed me to make the best use of my collaborators' skills and spend less time on low-value tasks.

 ### 13. Ultra intuitive and connect in 3 clicks: a real joy to handle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** D. J. | Responsable marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

The simplicity of handling. It's ultra intuitive, although it's better for optimal adoption to appoint a "responsible person" in the company who can create the agents for everyone (and especially the connections with the different tools). This is actually a point that follows: the connection in 3 clicks via the browser is pure bliss.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

We are going to switch to using tokens/credits and it quickly becomes intimidating. I also have quite a bit of trouble talking to someone when I have questions.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adoption of AI in the company, centralization of knowledge so that each agent of each person in the company can have a common, evolving, and relevant context

 ### 14. Streamlined and Customizable AI for Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitor Diogo P. | Technical Support Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I really appreciate how Dust helps me streamline and automate various parts of my job as a Technical Support Engineer, especially in managing tasks like creating, escalating, and prioritizing incidents and service requests. I love being able to swipe many of these tasks to Dust without trade-offs, finding it customizable to perform at higher volumes with more speed and similar accuracy. The clean and user-friendly UX/UI is a big plus, and the product is rich with features, including the prompt addition of the latest models. I enjoy Dust's granularity with different models being more performant in areas like speed and tool calling. The tool's integration capabilities with main connectors like Slack, Drive, and support for Custom MCPs like Zoho Desk and Snowflake are very beneficial. Features like Pods and sidekick, as well as a chrome extension that unlocks browser use, really expand AI workflow possibilities. The initial setup was super easy too, requiring little to no effort on my part.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I find there are a few options missing like better filters for conversations and a few options for bulk updates. Also, having options for computer use and to run scripts with agents would be nice.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust helps me streamline and automate various parts of my job, boosting speed and accuracy. It handles tasks like creating and prioritizing incidents, updating FAQs, and training, with a customizable, feature-rich environment that supports AI workflows beyond human capacity.

 ### 15. Simplified Sharing and Collaboration with Dust

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marceau B. | Business Analyst - Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I love the ability of Dust agents to connect to the same tools (CRM, Drive, etc.) with shared (or personal) connections and to share the same context for the entire team. This allows everyone to share the same foundations, KPI definitions, etc. I also appreciate that Dust is very easy to start with, which makes it simple to implement because you can begin with something very basic and then add complexity over time, especially by creating more complex agents and connecting them to more systems.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I would say that there aren't a lot of things to improve, but I think the ability to have better logs on what happened with the agents would be useful. Rather than just being like an AI chat, it would be better to have agents more in the background, running on their own, and showing when there is a problem rather than being considered as normal chats. This would transform Dust from a contextual chat platform to a true AI agent orchestrator.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust allows for the centralization of agents, sharing the same context and skills, instead of fragmented tools.

 ### 16. The easiest agent to handle!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I greatly appreciate the ease of use of Dust. It is truly a major asset, especially with features like Sidekick that help even the less experienced to create their own agents and choose the right models and data sources. This allows each team to become autonomous, even for those who are less familiar with AI best practices. Moreover, the Dust community is a real advantage, thanks to an engaged community and ambassadors who share best practices, which helps us all improve our usage.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

What could be improved is to help us control our credit consumption (ban LLMs, set limits on agents, ...) but this is being developed by the Dust teams, so it should be coming soon.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dust to improve team productivity through its automations and I especially try to make employees autonomous. Its real strength is its ease of use, which allows even the least experienced to create agents, thus making teams autonomous.

 ### 17. Collaborative Approach and Quick Value, but Scalable Pricing Necessary

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antoine D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I like Dust's collaborative approach to building, as it allows for quickly reaching high levels of adoption. Being able to use multiple providers brings a certain agility to the creation process. I appreciate Dust's very favorable time-to-value, which facilitates the start of the AI dynamic. Moreover, new features are frequent, which is a great asset.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I find it difficult to imagine a scalable AI project with Dust, even though the computer skill has allowed for some improvement in possibilities. There is really a lack of an A/B testing interface, which makes the testing phase laborious since we have to create duplicate agents and test independently. Overall, the building interface could be revised, particularly by highlighting 'advanced' parameters like model selection. The ease of setup is excellent, but if not well managed, it can quickly lead to dysfunctional and/or extremely under-optimized and expensive agents. The change in pricing is too abrupt, which does not make the platform scalable for many users, 90% of whom are not ready for the transition and are considering leaving Dust.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We optimize our processes in quality and quantity with Dust, whose collaborative approach allows us to create well-suited agents and achieve excellent time-to-value.

 ### 18. Simple Integration, Enhanced Security with Dust

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yohann B. | AI Transformation Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I greatly appreciate the UX/UI of Dust, as everything is designed to suit a business. This includes essential aspects such as security and governance, which saves me from having to develop custom solutions internally, with all the risks that could entail. Dust also allows users to have autonomy to create agents and workflows without fear that they will access forbidden data or cause actions with irreversible consequences. It's like being in a 'safe space'. Moreover, the initial installation of Dust was very easy, which I consider one of the major strengths. The well-designed UX allows for very quick handling, which is really appreciable.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

The creation of interactive applications is limited. For now, we can create Frames but there is no back-end, which restricts us.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dust to supervise teams, manage AI usage, and provide appropriate training. Its UX/UI, security, and governance allow users to create agents and workflows independently in a secure space, preventing access to prohibited data.

 ### 19. Streamlines Workflows Across Tools

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre P. | Product Manager — Squad Interactions, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Dust allows us to centralize our various data sources and tools and create agents to streamline our work. It’s easy to use; onboarding went quite smoothly with the Dust team, and our product and tech teams quickly got the hang of using Dust to create agents without technical assistance.

Examples: our support agent connected to Zendesk + Notion answers recurring questions without human intervention; the Jira/Slack agent automatically creates and assigns tickets when a bug is reported in a channel; and the data agent connected to Mixpanel + Notion contextualizes metrics with product documentation. We avoid constant back-and-forth between tools.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

The quality of the results depends on the condition of the data, so a significant amount of data cleaning had to be done beforehand.

Retrieving data from large volumes can be inaccurate. On heavily loaded Google Drive storage spaces, we’ve encountered instances where the agent missed information that was actually present. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it does happen.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had too many tools and information scattered everywhere. Our team was constantly switching between Slack, Notion, Jira, and Zendesk just to answer a basic question or create a ticket.
Dust connects everything in one place. Our agents pull from all our tools at once, so people stop wasting time searching and start actually working.

 ### 20. Easy to Use, Centralised, and Well-Documented

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

It’s easy to use, centralised, and well documented. I’ve attended Dust Academy sessions, which are truly insightful for both AI novices and advanced users, and they’ve helped make our cross-team integration seamless. As early users of the platform, we’ve also benefited from a very attractive pricing model. Finally, Dust is performant and supports multiple models, including the most recent ones from Anthropic and OpenAI.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

It’s just another SaaS to add to the list, which is often already too long.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a software engineer at Lifen, Dust helps me move through the parts of engineering work that are valuable but often slow: finding the right context, understanding existing code, digging through documentation, and turning scattered information into something actionable.

It has been especially effective for debugging, helping developers browse multiple codebases at once and cross-reference the code with actual product tickets to better analyze a situation.

 ### 21. Great collaborative AI solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I use Dust daily for deep work like investment thesis and data room analysis with my team. It also completes admin tasks, like managing the CRM. Dust allows me to do more and with higher quality standards. I appreciate the product's ease of use; it’s easy to build and maintain agents, which lets users quickly grasp the tool and achieve great performance. I enjoy the collaborative features, especially the recently shipped pods, and some of the technical capabilities like Frames. I like the flexibility with no vendor lock-in, allowing me to adjust agents based on the best performing models. The initial setup was very easy, which I find truly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I am overall very happy with the solution, but I think some additional MCPs could be added (e.g., Dropbox)

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dust for deep work and admin tasks, enhancing collaboration with the team across data sources.

 ### 22. Ease of Use with Powerful Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antoine H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I love the ease of use and the user-friendliness of Dust, as well as its very broad possibilities. Automation via the API is easy, and creating agents is simple. Dust allows for speed and the use of multiple language models. It offers me a time-saving advantage and helps me to have stronger control, which allows me to push my projects or tasks further with AI, without being surprised by the expected result.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I find that the prices or the consumption of tokens or credits quickly rise when using Dust to access another integrated AI. It generally consumes more.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Dust facilitates automation via API, the creation of agents, and offers speed with multiple LLMs, which saves me time and allows me to develop AI projects without surprises.

 ### 23. Easy-to-Use Platform for Building and Managing Agents in One Place

Sometimes it is difficult to access some features like agent settings from the homepage.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust is improving our productivity in the CSM team but it also helps to have more collaboration with other teams like presales or sales team. It allows us to summarize and share insights and informations to others teams. Overall, it allows us to focus on more specific problems

 ### 24. Connect Your Apps and Let Dust’s AI Agents Take Action

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

The best thing is that you can literally connect any of your applications to Dust and have your AI agents/assistants take action for you. It feels like Claude/ChatGPT on steroids. You can also collaborate on these agents with anyone in your org so they have them too

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I think it can be hard to understand all of the capabilities of the platform, but I realized that you can ask the application what it can do and that usually helps to understand that I can do so much more that I thought

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me build agents to increase my daily work efficiency and quality. It's also doing it in a cost efficient manner compared to some of the other models that are exponentially becoming more expensive

 ### 25. All-in-one application, easy to use, with powerful agents!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rayan P. | Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Very easy to use application, with really powerful creation of agents and sub-agents. It offers numerous skills and tools, as well as access to the best LLMs on the market, all gathered in a single application.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Sometimes there are latencies, and the memory context fills up too quickly.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saving in daily life, handling of the most time-consuming tasks, and automation of certain actions. The tool also aids in discovery and allows for easier challenging of user needs.

 ### 26. Easy Agent Setup and Tool Connections, but Occasional Lag and API Limits

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilie C. | Data scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Easy UI interface, easy of connecting many tools. Easy to create agents and configure them.
Many last generation AI model available. Possibility to see the chain of thoughts of the agent.
The way admin handle all the connections so the users don"t have to bother and can just use them.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Sometimes the interface is lagging.
The agents can take some time to answer.
Some limitations for technical users : like being able to use api to build and update the agents automatically.
Some issues with the connections, like gg drive.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help non tech people build agent to help on their task so they are more productive and less focus on non productive task.
Help summarize many informations from many sources, and provide people from searching the tool directly, they just ask.
Many schedules agents that run tasks.

 ### 27. Effortless Connection and Prototyping with Dust

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I use Dust to easily create and prototype agents with connectors and data sources. It makes it very easy to get started, even without a technical background. I can get powerful results in just a few clicks. I like that you can connect to any external provider very easily and restrict the space it has access to, ensuring agents access what they need without getting drowned in context. For instance, if you connect Dust to Notion, it allows each agent to access their own piece of information without being drowned in the entire Notion space.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I would like to restrict the list of tools available when adding an MCP to Dust because sometimes I want to limit it to read tools only to prevent destructive moves from the agent.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dust to easily create and prototype agents with connectors and data sources. It makes it very easy to get started, even without a technical background.

 ### 28. A real game changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aidan M. | Sales Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Dust is the first thing I log into in the morning and the last thing I use at night.

Dust helps me communicate faster and better, especially when I'm in the middle of a deal and need to get the right message out quickly.

I also use agents to monitor deal progress and sales rep performance, so everything I need to stay on top of my business is in one place.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

There is nothing to dislike, and no downside to using Dust. I would highly recommend it to any company.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust solves two big problems for me, time and visibility. It cuts the time my team spends on emails and admin, and gives me real-time insight into deal progress and rep performance. The result is faster decisions, better communication with prospects, and more time spent actually closing deals.

 ### 29. Collaborative and Secure Solutions with Dust

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I use Dust daily to imagine collaborative AI solutions that I then implement for my clients. I appreciate that Dust allows control over the level of sovereignty and security according to the client's needs. It is particularly useful because it allows the creation of complex agents in low code, making it very accessible. My favorite tools are the creation of interactive frames, which allow for easy data visualization and quick sharing. The code assistance sidekick allows for the creation of complex agents without wasting time finding the ideal prompt, accessible even to a beginner. Dust is fully integrated into my clients' IT environments, which is a major asset. Two years ago, I was able to implement it during an AI seminar for 150 people without difficulty, which impressed the other organizers with its ease of installation.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I find that the search engine in conversations could be improved, like the one in the pods.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust allows me to control sovereignty and security according to client needs, and to create complex agents in low code. With interactive frames, I simplify data visualization, and the sidekick helps me create quickly, accessible to beginners and useful for experts.

 ### 30. Couldn't recommend it more !!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henri C. | Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Extremely easy to use & tons of features

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Honestly not much ! It can be hard to find the right agents at some points but maybe it's because we've created a LOT in my company

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allow us to create and share agents within the company that will help gain tons of time really easily. I can build an agent in less than 10 minutes for anything and will get back this time tenfold !

 ### 31. Dust Is My Everyday Companion as a Solopreneur and the best tool to work with Freelancers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Flavie P. | Créatrice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Dust is simply my everyday companion as a solopreneur. Easy to use. And I share my agents with my team of freelancers to save us time and ensure a steady quality of work. I use it everyday and I love it.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

No downsides. Of course I still use a generative AI tool aside, and sometimes I need to think : should i use this tool or should i create a Dust agent ? But most of the time the answer is Dust especially when I need to work as a team.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a solopreneur so my team is scarce (5 freelancers, working part time) so Dust helps me save time and money whith freelancers, cause I built agents for them to work quicker.

 ### 32. Total game changer for AI adoption at our 160 people company!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Dust has been a a total game changer for our company, especially for customer facing teams. It allowed us to deploy AI use cases and automations with most of our daily tools easily, while restricting access to data according to teams needs.

Access to various model providers allows us to not rely on a single one, which is key.

Oh and their team ships fast.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Some aspects of their web interface may be confusing, especially the left panel.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust allowed us to deploy AI at scale, especially for non techies. It brought us individual gains. Dust is now enabling us to share team best practice with AI for teams.

 ### 33. Quick, Intuitive Agent Workflows with Clear Company Ownership

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiago G. | Venture Capital, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Dust is really good for making agent workflows 1) quickly and intuitively deployed and 2) owned by the company rather than a specific person (and transparent across teams)

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Model access can sometimes be limited, particularly Anthropic models.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtually every repetitive task that would previously take a few minutes to a few hours regularly:
- Literature monitors
- Competitive intelligence
- Weekly check-ins
- Daily WFH check-ins
- Birthday reminders
- More

 ### 34. Excellent connectivity to external data and tools, ideal for a hybrid stack

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Connectivity to data sources and external tools is a real strength. Dust is very useful, especially when you work with a hybrid stack, as it facilitates integration and access to different resources.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Dust is less advantageous for AI-assisted coding and it still lacks certain features necessary for more precise platform administration.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust allows the automation of complex processes from A to Z, without human assistance. This saves us time, which we can reallocate to tasks with higher added value, while improving the quality of the output.

 ### 35. Easy to Use and Ideal for LLM Experimentation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I like that Dust is easy to use and LLM agnostic, which allows me to test many LLM models easily. The pricing, although changing, was per message and very interesting. Even with credit-based pricing, it remains attractive because I can easily switch models.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

At the API level, I would like to have an API key dedicated solely to reporting and analytics, without access to the creation or deletion of resources such as agents. This would allow for the creation of compliance records in large companies, which would be useful, especially with third-party companies. Having a more restricted API solely for analytics would be really interesting.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dust for rapid experimentation. It easily connects to SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Notion. It helps us with document research, monitoring, and financial analysis, simplifying the use of LLM models for various tasks.

 ### 36. Quick to Automate, but Buggy, Unreliable, and Needs Stronger Implementation Support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

It helps me automate things that would be a pain in the ass with Zapier, or outright impossible because of how currently our Gsuite access is provisioned. I like that spinning up new agents is quick and easy, having used Zapier and N8n, it's definitely a lot less time consuming and error prone.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

It feels like the new features are released when they are 75% ready, while the existing problems are not patched. Weird recurring access requests for Google Drive, the Sidekick app that's for some reason the default text box when editing an agent then when I ask it to edit an agent it says it can't access the agent instructions, or instead or making 2-3 replacements its suggestion is to just replace the entire instruction set is just annoying. So far it's been down more than it's been working.

Another one is the weirdness of the Instructions text box, it can't properly handle XML, and when you format in XML within it and copy-paste, it just gets rid of every XML tag and nesting.

There has been tiny fixes we've been asking for for months, like folders for agents, to make the agent sorting button sticky instead of it reverting to the least useful sorting feature every single time, etc.

I get that there's a lot of new features and opportunities to be done here but I'd rather the Dust team spent more time refining the current product and making sure it's not buggy, laggy, and unreliable.

Also, it's a complex system that needs to adapt to each company's tools, services, etc. The initial implementation help from Dust was weak at best. Instead of it understanding our basic tools and helping us configure them to work best they often couldn't answer very basic implementation questions and bug workarounds to our IT team just telling them to figure it out on their own. It's very weak especially when we're not using any specialist technology, no in-house developed systems just the most widely available tools like Gsuite, Notion, Okta for access, Zendesk, etc.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust is solving the problem of integrating various tools across the business such as Gsuite, Hubspot, Notion, Gong, etc. These would otherwise be very different to integrate, or have all of their data flow together into one AI system. This is very useful as we can use it to compare data in different systems or let one augment the other when making decisions.

 ### 37. Excellent AI agentic tool for enterprise users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Multiple connections across different tools (Notion, Slack, Salesforce, Lemlist, and more), plus Sidekick for agent creation. It's extremely intuitive and excellent at solving use cases that simply aren't possible natively within each tool.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

A lot of popular tools (Canva, Hubspot, etc.) have extremely limited integration abilities - Hubspot for example has no marketing object read/write permissions. Also, recurring scheduled tasks create a lot of noise in the conversation history, which makes it harder to follow what’s actually important.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replacing manual checks across multiple tools (i.e funnel leaks, customer success alerts etc.)

 ### 38. Effortless AI Agent Creation and Sharing with Colleagues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin M. | Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

The ability to easily create AI agent and share them to my colleagues

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

The fact that Opus model is only available to Enterprise tier. Otherwise no cons to mention about the product itself

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less prompting/context to provide with agents compared to regular AI chat and better outputs

 ### 39. Excellent Document Search and Responsive Onboarding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

The document search is very good. Relevant features are regularly added. It is quite easy to give feedback to the company and help their product improve (good onboarding and support).

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

The User Experience is regularly not perfect (unresponsive page, arguably bad choice that makes users uselessly waste time, etc.). Dust would benefit from adding the views of a more skilled Product Designer.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust is helping people in my company do things that they couldn't do otherwise, mostly through quickly finding, gathering and presenting information.

 ### 40. CRM integration and business tools: AI becomes truly useful on a daily basis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathieu C. | Key Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

The interface with business tools changes everything in the use of AI. As a salesperson, I can collect a large amount of information and synthesize it based on the CRM.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Nothing special, I like everything at the moment :)

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generation of LinkedIn posts
Synthesis of client information in the CRM
Generation of automated PowerPoint presentations
Market/Client monitoring

 ### 41. Simple integration and ultra-smooth use in daily life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antoine P. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

The simplicity of integration into my tool stack and the ease of daily use

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

The search that is limited only to the title of the conversations and not to the chat content

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issues of data access and documentation within my company

 ### 42. Easy to Handle, Essential for the Product Owner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justine C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I love the ease of use of Dust's interface and how easily agents are created. As an administrator, I find the analytics section on usage within the company really interesting.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I find that there can be some slowdowns at times, but overall it's great.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Dust, I write functional specifications, build interactive dashboards, create tech newsletters, design product interfaces, and develop no-code workflows thanks to MCP integrations.

 ### 43. Endless Agent-Building Possibilities with Dust’s Powerful Orchestration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

The possibilities for creating agents feel almost endless, and I can build real agentic orchestration logic for my company. I’m also able to connect Dust to multiple sources, which has made it a key piece of software in my day-to-day tasks.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Nothing to add. All good. I don't see any specific blockers.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use agents for internal resources, external research, and lead qualification for our Sales team. They help increase ROI and improve support and overall performance across our marketing channels.

 ### 44. Great UI/UX and Seamless Agent Sharing Across Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

UI/UX overall and the ability to share agents between teams

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Challenging to version agent prompts and treat agents as a pure product. We are not always full owner of the output (e.g. frames) so you need to go through Github and other means to save data, with the connection not always obvious

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a very good "horizontal" AI platform to give AI to a wide set of users and elevate the overall knowledge of the company.

 ### 45. Great Interface and Multi-Model LLM Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niels R. | Business Development B2B, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Interface and multi models (LLM) are the main feature I love

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I can't email him when I have a topic in my mailbox

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust is solving the collaboration problem while working with AI. That's important for us for our customer's projects

 ### 46. Top user experience and easy handling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Théo D. | Responsable du Pôle Stratégie Digitale, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

Very smooth user experience, ease of use, sovereign positioning

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Absence of a mobile application, weak Excel and PowerPoint extension

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust allows us to onboard all collaborators onto the same platform, with a high level of adoption.

 ### 47. Boosted Productivity, Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I like that Dust is very collaborative and user-friendly. I love the feature Sidekick because it makes creating agents super easy and fast, democratizing AI agent creation for everyone in the company. I also love the feature pods because it really facilitates collaboration between teams.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Dust does not have a lot of governance features, so we have to kind of get the data manually, but I believe they're improving this soon. There was a learning curve and some adoption efforts that we're still doing.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust helps us increase productivity and make workflows efficient by delegating manual and repetitive tasks to AI.

 ### 48. Easy Agent Building with Seamless Outlook and SharePoint Connections

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

How easy it is to build agent connected with different platforms(outlook, sharepoint, etc)

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

Twice, after thinking for more than 20 minutes, the agent crashed and I lost all the work I’d done.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me solve repetitive tasks, whether they’re easy or hard. It also allows us to keep all our data in one place and combine it when needed.

 ### 49. Ultra simple handling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Théo G. | President - The Shop (association), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I love the ease of use of Dust, especially its ability to create agents in just a few clicks. The interface is very intuitive and it saves me time. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Dust?**

I find it frustrating to have to recreate the frames each time, and I am concerned about the price.

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dust saves me time.

 ### 50. Easy Agent Creation and Collaboration That Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dust?**

I like the possibility of collaboration, along with how easy it is to create an agent.

also communication of dust on new pricing

**What problems is Dust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to create AI agents for many different domains, like HR, finance, and sales.
