I really appreciate the simplicity of using Dust and the access to different AI models. The ability to create custom agents in minutes is incredible, as it allows for the automation of repetitive or one-off tasks without manual intervention. The seamless connection with tools I use daily like Notion and Google Drive is a huge plus, allowing me to easily extract the necessary information. I also love the automation system that works very well and the ability to create complex automations that trigger regularly to extract and edit Google files. It's truly impressive.

Dust allows us to create agents that can access internal Slack threads when investigating issues. Cross-integrations have also helped us navigate existing knowledge articles, CRM and data center access, as well as other platform agents created by different teams. This means that, for specific tasks, we can use trained agents rather than the general Dust agent, which is a huge advantage.

I just thought the rating I gave first was unfair. I actually have been able to improve my agent and I like the tool even more. I can update HubSpot fields based on outcomes.
