duely Reviews & Product Details

Duely is AML/CTF compliance software for Australian firms covered by the Tranche 2 reforms: accounting firms, real estate agencies, law firms, conveyancers and dealers in precious metals. Every workflow is designed around AUSTRAC's requirements, from generating your program through to the annual compliance report. What sets Duely apart: - Engagement-driven compliance: obligations attach to the engagement, not just the client, matching how the rules actually apply and how firms actually work - Full SMR isolation: suspicious matter workflows are architecturally separated from general staff, preventing tipping-off under section 123, not merely hidden behind a permission setting - Legal professional privilege: built-in LPP claim handling for law firms and conveyancers - KYC, KYB and AML screening in one flow: individuals, companies and trusts, with sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks The day-to-day workflow: - Client identity verification through a secure link, with ID document checks, liveness detection and face matching; nothing for the client to install - Document collection through a portal where clients upload directly, replacing email chains - Consent capture and signing - Risk assessment with automatic escalation to enhanced due diligence - Ongoing monitoring and scheduled reviews - Versioned, tamper-evident evidence packs for every engagement - Annual compliance report preparation Plans start at $59 per month. Most firms are set up within a week. Built in Australia, for Australian rules, by people who read the Act so you don't have to.
