What do you like best about Drova?

Drova is an excellent GRC platform. At my business, it is used to record and link all associated risks, controls, Events and tasks with the relevant owners. I love how the systems facilitates individual accountability with the automation of tasks and other functionalities. Dashboards are another great benefit of the platform. It enables me to present complex information in a digestible way for the Board and wider business. Drova's user-friendly interface software makes it a breeze to navigate and allocate and organise tasks.

The number of features and modules cover everything you could possibly need in a GRC system.

Drova systems are incredibly user friendly.

Systems come with detailed and simple user guides.

Using the system is simple.

Many modulest that cover a wide range of requirements, including Risk and Control Framework modules, Editable Registers, Operational Resilience Modules, and Horizon Scanning, to name a few.

Relationship Manager and Support Contacts incredibly happy to help and always provide a friendly and supportive service.

Always keen to enhance the system.

We use the system daily and have little to no issues day to day.

The system was quick and easy to implement and teaching new users to use the system is easy.

Two formidable people- Richard Ashby & Christina Chouchomi. Great sense of humour, immense patience and understanding. What do you dislike about Drova?

Nothing - both Christina & Richard displayed great patience when explaining Triline to me. Not everyone is a trainer, not everyone has as much knowledge, and is able to disperse that know how in a way that can address the whole audience. Not just the select few. What problems is Drova solving and how is that benefiting you?

On one occasion, Richard talked me through how I could create a register, and although I had read the support notes beforehand - (which I always do) he was able to fill in the gaps. Just wanted to add a comment to the next question - yes you're headed in the right direction - especially if you employ more people like those two superheroes! What do you like best about Drova?

TriLine provides technology to embed a robust governance, risk, and compliance culture and framework within our business. It helps us to showcase our business and demonstrate that risk and compliance can be more than a dusty Compliance manual. It provides a solution allowing all our risk and regulatory requirements to be stored in one place, whilst the management information enables us to identify and control incidents and emerging risks.

TriLine, as a business are forwarded thinking, always looking at the next module to implement to help its users comply with the latest regulation. Importantly, they listen to our feedback and either develop solutions or, where not possible, develop alternative solutions. The Technology is excellent, but the people are even better. Staff that want to help the system work for you, who go the extra mile and seem to really care. They are the best I have encountered in my 30 years in the industry. What do you dislike about Drova?

The point you made about enhancing reporting capabilities to provide customers with the flexibility to develop reports is duly noted and we are implementing massive changes to reporting from this week which we expect will help make end-of-period reporting much easier for you. We understand the importance of customisable reporting and continue to explore various options to further enhance this. Also, the suggestion to replicate forms and capabilities across modules for easier navigation and data entry is valuable.
