What I like most about DroneDeploy is that they listen to their customers and take feedback seriously, usually incorporating the most requested features into their product within a year or two. This makes me feel very appreciated as a customer. Additionally, it was very easy to transition from a single user license to an enterprise license. **What do you dislike about DroneDeploy?** My current complaint is the DroneDeploy app on the DJI Mavic 4 Enterprise remote controller. When I hit start flight, go through the preflight checklist, it tells me collision detection is disabled. And then I have to redo my preflight checking, but then collision detection will be enabled, and then it'll be fine to go. **What problems is DroneDeploy solving and how is that benefiting you?** DroneDeploy unifies our captured data, making it easy to find and read, all on one platform, which simplifies progress tracking on construction sites. ### 2. It takes less than 5 minutes to plan everything needed, with accurate estimated time, which allows me to efficiently plan my site visits. The initial setup was very easy. Additionally, the DroneDeploy support team was very helpful and efficient in pushing a fix when we had issues with tiles not loading on the DroneDeploy website. **What do you dislike about DroneDeploy?** We have recently had issues with tiles not loading on the DroneDeploy website, the support team was helpful and efficient in pushing a fix. My main issue is that when the drone needs a battery swap mid-operation, I often cannot continue the operation. This leads me to timing my battery swap between captures, rather than when the drone needs it. **What problems is DroneDeploy solving and how is that benefiting you?** DroneDeploy provides better visibility of progress, logging of issues, and helps site teams calculate cut and fill for accurate ordering of removal wagons. ### 3.
