We cannot use Drone Deploy's RTK service due to our location nor can we use the planning portion of Drone Deploy when we use our own RTK unit.

Depending on how urgent the issue is that youre having, the customer support team are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help at any hour of the day. Being a novice at drones and dronedeploy, I was constantly having issues with uploading data and pulling actionable data out of the maps that were generated, All it took was a quick message to the support team and they helped me get back on track. There is truly not a lot of downsides to Dronedeploy, If i had to choose anything, it would be the upload speeds of the data to their website. some maps were only 1300-1500 images and would take close to 8 hours.
