Driven Reviews & Product Details

Driven is the #1 sales commission agent. While other vendors give you a number, Driven gives you an expert — an AI-native co-worker that builds, monitors, and optimizes your entire compensation strategy. Most sales teams still run commissions in spreadsheets, losing days each month to manual data pulls, calculation errors, and rep disputes. Driven replaces that workflow entirely. Connect your CRM, prompt your comp plan, and let the agent handle the rest. For RevOps, Finance, and Operations, Driven offers agentic comp plan design that updates your compensation strategy instantly without months of consultancy work. Real-time commission calculations automate complex math with full audit trails, so every payout is always correct and on time. The autopilot review feature skims deal comments and resolves disputes automatically, removing the manual burden from your finance team. And with instant reporting, detailed performance reports and audit trails are generated on demand to keep leadership informed and your business compliant. For sales reps, every team member gets a personal dashboard with a clear, real-time view of their earnings and targets. A 24/7 commission agent answers questions instantly using interactive flowcharts that explain comp logic in plain language. Proactive nudges send personalized alerts that keep reps focused on the specific behaviors that drive the most revenue. Driven connects natively to HubSpot and Salesforce for real-time data sync, and integrates with Slack for live win notifications. ISO 27001 compliant and SOC 2 certified.
