I’ve worked with the Draftss team for almost a year now, and I can confidently say they’ve exceeded my expectations in every way!

What truly sets them apart is their organization and communication. My project manager, Ria, is exceptional. She communicates clearly, responds quickly, and makes the entire process feel seamless. Everything is structured, transparent, and easy to follow, which makes a huge difference when you’re juggling multiple ideas and projects.

One of the things I appreciate most is Ria's ability to take my big, sometimes scattered ideas and break them down into clear, actionable steps. I’ll often bring concepts that are still forming, and she helps translate them into organized plans that turn into high-quality, creative designs. That level of clarity and support is rare.

The designs themselves are impressive: thoughtful, creative, and professionally executed. I’ve consistently been impressed with the quality of work the team delivers!

I also love their use of Loom videos to walk through deliverables and feedback. It makes collaboration feel personal and efficient. Their backend system is intuitive and easy to use . Submitting tasks and providing feedback is simple, and they’re extremely receptive to revisions. When I give feedback, they genuinely listen and implement changes quickly and effectively!

Overall, working with Draftss has been an outstanding experience. They combine strong creative execution with excellent systems and communication, which is exactly what you want in a long-term design partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Draftss solves the constant “I need this designed… like yesterday” problem in my business.

I’m always building something: social media graphics, slide decks, sales pages, launch assets, brand visuals, PDFs, you name it. Before Draftss, that meant either doing it myself (which takes forever) or juggling multiple freelancers. Now I can just submit the task and know it’s getting handled! They’ve basically become my creative execution team!

What’s helped me the most is that I don’t have to show up with everything perfectly organized. I’ll bring big ideas, half-formed concepts, scattered notes... and Ria helps me turn that into something clear and actionable. That alone has been huge. It takes the pressure off feeling like I need to have everything figured out before I ask for help.

And the quality? It’s genuinely good. Social graphics look polished. Slide decks feel elevated. Sales pages look legit. It doesn’t feel templated or generic.

Overall, they help me move faster. I can stay in strategy and vision mode while they handle execution, and as someone building and launching constantly, that’s everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
