I use DoTell Surveys to collect richer post-event and customer feedback through AI-powered voice surveys instead of relying only on traditional rating forms. What I like most about DoTell Surveys is how naturally it encourages people to share detailed feedback through voice instead of short text responses. The AI does a great job of turning those conversations into organized themes, sentiment analysis, and actionable insights, so I can quickly understand what matters most without spending hours reviewing every response manually. Another thing I really appreciate is how easy the platform is to set up and share with participants, which helps improve response rates. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, and having transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and key takeaways all in one place makes it simple to collaborate with the rest of the team and turn feedback into concrete actions.
