If you are not going to read the javadocs, you may have some difficulties. You can use it purely as a wysiwyg but you'd be overpaying. You need at least one developer. "Easier CMS"

What do you like best about dotCMS?

The platform is easier and more scalable than CMS tools we've used previously. Being on the LTS version and having our maintenance done for us is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are currently going through the upgrade cycle, and we did not know about that during the presales process. We did not have to do this on our legacy CMS tool, so this has been a large learning curve and has taken a lot of time from the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dotCMS?

We're a very large institution with a wide base of content creators and upwards of 400,000 pieces of content. The pricepoint is affordable and we mostly can get done what we need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
