Before purchasing, I confirmed by email that my plan would cover filing IRS forms for previous years, and the team said yes. During onboarding, however, I was told previous years required paid add-ons, contradicting what I had been promised in writing. When I requested a refund so I could switch to another vendor, they offered only a partial refund rather than a full one.
