You can easily understand what you need to provide them and what will be the outcome even if legal/accounting is not your domain of expertise. Also, they have special offers for other cross-selling services. **What do you dislike about Lazo?** To be honest, I do not find anything to complain about. **What problems is Lazo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lazo was very proficient in solving for Munay the necessity of opening a US-based holding in the state of Delaware and providing us with tax counseling. For the prior, Lazo not only took care of the legal and paperwork requirements but also carefully explained each step in the process. For the latter, the Lazo team gave us timely advice about how to deal with the tax. For a founder team based in Bolivia, but with international operations, we rest assured that the holding is in good hands. ### 3. Lazo, a real partner. As Lazo is growing a lot, there have been some changes with our point of contact, but it´s okay.
