Donova by DEVECTUS Reviews & Provider Details

Donova is an AI-powered phone assistant designed to handle inbound business calls end-to-end. It answers calls 24/7, understands the caller’s intent, asks the right follow-up questions, and completes outcomes such as capturing a lead, booking a time, routing urgent calls, or sending SMS follow-ups. After each call, Donova generates a structured summary and can deliver it to your team via email and integrations. Donova is built for service-based businesses that rely on calls (e.g., legal, medical, trades, professional services) and want a reliable, consistent call experience without adding headcount.
