DonatoTomato Reviews & Product Details

DonatoTomato pairs an embeddable donation widget with built-in donor management, giving small and midsize nonprofits a lightweight CRM that stays in sync with every gift. Each donation automatically creates or updates a donor profile with lifetime giving totals, gift history, recurring status, and searchable records you can export to CSV. Recurring donations, automatic IRS-ready tax receipts, fundraising campaigns with goals, and honoree or in-memory gifts are all included. Pricing is a flat 1% platform fee per donation, on top of standard card processing, with no monthly fee and no setup fee. Donations settle directly into your organization's own Stripe account, so you stay the merchant of record and DonatoTomato never holds your funds. Your donors are never asked for a tip at checkout: there is no tip slider, no suggested tip, and no tip screen. Add it to WordPress (official plugin), Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or plain HTML. Creating an account is free; the 1% applies only when a donation is received.
