As an MSP managing multiple unique networks, we sought a robust solution for network and systems monitoring across a large number of environments. Our critical requirement was that the solution be easy to deploy and intuitive, as we have a large number of staff relying on it daily.

Domotz has met our needs exceptionally well. After initiating a proof of concept, it became evident that Domotz would significantly enhance our operational capabilities. The setup was quick and straightforward, allowing us to see immediate improvements in network management and monitoring.

We are an integrator company. For all projects, we almost constantly need monitoring of connected equipment. Previously, we used the usual methods of remote access. Now we have tried the Domotz service for the first time. It's just perfect. Not only is it easy to install, integrate and configure. Also it has a very user-friendly interface, so you can also give the customer access to some part so that he also sees the situation. Many features for monitoring. And the support is simply the best. What do you like best about Domotz?

The MAP, honestly! Very Geeky(to me), showing where my clients are on the map and indicating when something is wrong. I can monitor different VLANs and get notified when a new device connects, but most importantly, the WAN interface performance. I also like how it places icons for the devices discovered, like cameras, routers, printers, etc. Even network Security! That's what I was missing with previous systems I've used in the past, I installed Domotz on one of my client's networks, and it immediately showed me the security issues, things I was unaware of. So I was looking for a network monitoring tool to monitor my client's networks on a UBUNTU 22.04.2 LTS machine. I searched the store and found Domotz; I immediately installed it, and BAM! It blew my mind! Now I can see when and if the WAN goes down, I can see if they connect new devices, and I can even manage them remotely! It was easy to Setup and Test it on Synologs Nas (top Free Trial),

Apps are also available for mobile devices (Android / iOS and more ) for Notifications and Daily Reports on network activity- Extremely comprehensive

Domotz tells me almost instantly if any of my devices are no longer on the network. I've identified failed/failing devices, access point dead spots, and wiring issues. Also have Full visibility on all my NAS Devices, VM’s, smart plugs, IP cameras, and more, without installing any agents on the clients.

Domotz has an amicable interface and guided me through all the necessary steps. Browsing (Scanning) the entire network is straightforward and creating monitors and alarms is super-guided.

Domotz offers fast and good support; with all technical or sales questions, I was always well-helped! 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
