DomeraHub Reviews & Product Details

DomeraHub is a building-operations platform built in Israel by a building manager for building managers, maintenance managers and property-management companies. It replaces spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups with one transparent system: - Service requests from tenants (QR stickers, portal, email) with automatic routing, SLA and photo proof. - Preventive maintenance for elevators, fire systems, generators, HVAC and pumps: schedules, checklists, certificates and expiry reminders. - Vendors and contractors: work orders, quotes, approvals, completion acts and invoices. - Budgets and cost transparency per building and per budget line. - Inspection rounds with photo evidence. - Building documents and Israeli fire-authority forms. - 3D digital twin of the building: equipment passports, open requests on the model. Live demo: https://domerahub.com/demo/3d Hebrew-first (RTL), English and Russian; works on phones for technicians and lobby staff. First building free.
